6 month later ,

During these six months, the nakshatra learned how to find happiness in her own life.

At first, when she found out she was pregnant, she didn't know what to do.
But slowly, she began to love the child.
It felt like her only hope in life.
Mary was always with her.
If she needed anything, Mary would help.

Mary would share her knowledge about pregnancy. When Mary's sister was pregnant, Mary had taken care of her,
so she knew a lot about it.

The nakshatra had not yet told Emily about these things,
but she knew that one day they would find out.
However, she was afraid of how to tell them.
The nakshatra didn't have a large belly yet,
so she tried to wear the loosest clothes possible to hide it.

After a few days, when she realized her belly was starting to show, she began wrapping it with cloth to make it less noticeable,
making sure not to cause any harm to the baby.
She knew that all her struggles would result in something precious: her child.

Though she wanted to tell Emily everything sooner,
she stayed silent due to fear of judgment.
She knew it would be a big issue to be pregnant without a partner.
In this village, being an unmarried mother is still looked down upon,
so she kept it a secret from everyone.

Isn't my good girl? Don't kick now, my dear," she said softly, caressing her belly.

As if the baby understood, the kicking stopped there.

Smiling, Nakshatra returned to her work. Mary noticed this and came over, asking gently, "It started again, didn't it?"

Nakshatra nodded with a smile.

Mary brought her some laddu.

As soon as Nakshatra smelled the laddu, she felt nauseous.

She shook her head, signaling that she didn't want it.

"I brought it because you like you. If you don't want it, that's okay," Mary said, setting the laddu aside.

"You should eat something healthy, alright? Don't just starve yourself," she added.

Nakshatra smiled gratefully at Mary, acknowledging her concern.

Mary was the only one who had looked after Nakshatra so lovingly, without judgment. Nakshatra felt an unpayable debt of gratitude towards Mary, as if she were her own sister.

Mary kept giving Nakshatra suggestions on how to take care of herself, and Nakshatra nodded, listening with a smile,

Meanwhile, Rogan had asked for a sixmonth period to set his mind straight.

In those six months, he hadn't once tried to see or speak to Nakshatra. He only saw her occasionally from a distance but never went near her.

There was a certain glow on her face at that time, and he couldn't understand why. Every time he saw her, something tugged at him from inside, but he kept those feelings buried. His wolf was also restless.

Alex had told him flatly that if Rogan didn't marry Serena, he wouldn't either marry mia.

Rogan had asked for five months, and now, five months had passed.

He had to make a decision soon, but he still didn't know what he wanted.

In these months, he had grown closer to Serena. Their conversations, their time spent together-he had come to enjoy them. He felt she would make a good partner, someone who could help him in matters of state and be a companion in decision-making.

Serena, on the other hand, had already laid out plans to ensnare Rogan, and those plans were still in motion.

Serena made sure to maintain her innocence in front of everyone, hiding all of Nakshatra's faults.
