I was finally able to get my plans in motion with taking Verena out on an actual date our first date was a fucking disaster, being it never happened due to circumstances out of my control. I was not upset with my little brothers or anything of that sort. I just wish things had turned entirely different that night.

 Since that night I had been pondering on places I could take Verena. Although she is not the type of woman who is superficial and puts attention on materialistic things, I wanted to put forth effort into doing something I have never even thought of doing for any woman, I was taking Verena to one of my islands, Eryx island to be exact that I named after me after gaining my trust fund money at the age of 21. 

It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I did not put forth a lot of effort in over a year to take a visit here being I am too busy handling various loads of shit with the family business and trying to be a second father figure to my brothers. 

I made little to no time for myself the majority of the time. As soon as my eyes made contact with sunlight I was up and running until darkness covered the skies and I was able to have space to myself. I take a glance down at my Richard Mille watch, checking the time. 

Loran should be pulling up to the airfield at any given moment, being I instructed him almost an hour ago to pick up Verena and send her here to meet me for our date. 

I leaned my tall frame against one of my vehicles I rarely drive unless it is a special occasion which happens to be a Matte Black Lamborghini Aventador. I

 opted to wear a casual fit for the date tonight, but instead of wearing a suit I chose to wear a crisp-wrinkle-free Gucci polo shirt with Amiri Straight Leg Jeans and Fendi Leather Combat Boots. The corners of my mouth shift into a smile as I take notice of the Black Cadillac SUV now parked next to my vehicle. 

I motion for Loran to stay in the vehicle as I walk past the driver's side and open the right passenger door and my eyes nearly pop out of its sockets as I take in the denim halter dress that barely reaches Verena's knees and a clear stiletto that show off her pink-colored toes that I wouldn't mind placing in my mouth to suck. 

Verena jumps out of the car and smiles as she looks up at me. "Hey Eryx don't you look handsome", she takes hold of my hand as she approves my outfit. I smirk as I lean down to place a kiss on her cheek as I smell a soft, dainty fragrance covering her body. 

"You look sexy as fuck tonight. And you smell so damn good". Verena blushes as I kiss her cheek and then place a soft kiss against her lips that is covered with clear lip gloss. She rubs the lip gloss off of my lips moments later as I end the kiss and we walk in hand to the private jet. 

"I'm guessing this jet belongs to you Mr. Vallea", Verena asks moments later as I help her the steps of the aircase. "You would be correct Ms. Ashbourne. One of three jets I own". Once we reach the top of the aircase, my pilot, and two of the flight attendants greet us as we walk inside of the jet. 

Inside of the jet, there is a spacious seating arrangement that includes individual seats as well as sofas on each side. 

Verena plops down on the sofa on the left side of the jet and places a plush red decorative pillow against her back for comfort. I take a seat next to her and stretch my arms on the back of the sofa as Verena leans her body against mine.

 Verena shifts her eyes around taking in the ambience of the interior design of my jet. 

"You know how to impress a girl. I would have been okay going to Sammy's Burgers". I frown and shake my head at the thought of taking her to a fast-food restaurant. 

"No offense but do I look like a man who would even think about eating at a place like that let alone going on a date there". 

Verena shrugs her shoulders before answering, "Touche", she then bumps her elbow against mine. "You gotta live a little. I know you are used to the finer things in life, but there's nothing with doing regular people shit like eating at a fast food restaurant". 

She then winks at me before she lays her head against my chest and I ponder what she just told me. An hour later we land on Eryx Island and Verena squeals in excitement when she sees the clear blue ocean water.

 "This is out of a dream. I can't believe this belongs to you". 

She doesn't give me time to answer back as she takes her heels off and hands them to me before she runs toward the ocean. She stops at the edge where the sand and ocean meet, as she dips her feet in the cold water. 

She squeals as the cold water touches her feet. She then looks over at me, "Are you just going to stand over there or are you going to join me ", she says as she places her hands on her hips. I grin back at her before I find a good spot on the beach to place our shoes before I make my way towards her. 

She reaches her hand out to me and instantly I grab it and swing her in my arms several times before placing her back on the ground before we both walk further into the ocean. I don't even bother to roll up my jeans as the water comes up to my calves. 

After a minute of being in the water, I help Verena out of the water and we walk on the edge of the beach as we make our way to a white linen cover table that is surrounded by roses, candles, and two violin players who are playing complications of R&B instrumentals. 

"Oh my God Eryx, you didn't have to do all of this", she says as I help her take a seat before I walk over to sit across from her. "

Yes, I did. You are special to me", I grab hold of her hands and plant a chaste kiss on each before a server comes over with two silver plate domes before placing them on the table and excusing himself, giving us some privacy. 

I lift the cover off of my plate revealing perfectly medium-well filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and seared asparagus. Verena has the same meal as she marvels at the dish in front of her. "This looks so damn good. You know my love language is being a foodie", she reveals before taking a knife and cutting her steak in small pieces before placing it in her mouth. 

"That's good to know because so many restaurants I want to take you to try". 

Verena smiles as she continues eating and I follow suit. "I would love that very much Eryx. I like you by the way", she reveals which causes my heart to warm at her revelation. "I like you too, very much". We give each other affectionate stares before we center our attention on our food. 

Yes!!! Verena and Eryx finally went on their first date. I do not know about you but I am ready for things to get spicy between the pair. Leave a comment down below if you agree.
