we just finished eating and everyone is chatting while in the living room
Rita yawns "its getting late guys I think me and your dad are gonna go to sleep" she tells the family
everyone nods and we keep hanging out for a while
"oh and by the way, me and Lynn are pulling an all nighter so don't expect us to be functioning tomorrow" I tell the group
they all nod
"can I join you guys?" Lincoln asked looking awkward
"sorry bud but no" I give him a sympathetic smile
he just nods but still looking awkward
"what's going on with Lincoln? he's been acting weird lately" I whisper in Lynn's ear
"I have no idea" she answers
I just shrug and we all keep hanging out for a while

"what do you wanna do now?" I ask since everyone is asleep now
"do you wanna get into our pj's and watch a movie?" Lynn suggests
"sure" I answer and go to the bathroom to change
when I walk back to our room I notice Lynn already changed into her usual red pj's
she's so pretty
she looks up and smiles when she sees me come back
but starts laughing when she sees what I'm wearing
"what" I look down at myself wearing Jack Skellington pj pants and a white tank top
"seriously? halloween pjs in august" she chuckles
"yeah... why not?" I answer "these are very comfortable and 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is my favorite halloween movie"
"number 1- thank you for saying it's a halloween movie, it is definitely not a christmas movie" she smiles "and 2- I think you look cute in them" she says looking at me from the bed
I blush and smile walking over to sit next to her on the bed
"so what are we watching?" Lynn asks pulling out her laptop
"I was thinking 'The Fallout' because Jenna and Maddie are hot" I answer
"ok then where do I watch it" she asks trying to find it
"oh sorry, give me this" I take her laptop "I didn't want to pay for it so I went on this random site and watched it here, you can't watch it on full screen but whatever" I say handing her laptop back once I pulled the movie up
"um... ok? how did you even find this so quickly" she asked skeptically
"I've set my priorities straight" I say
she chuckles at my answer and turns on the movie

the whole movie I cant help but watch Lynn who is laying in my arms as she watches the movie
shes so beautiful
you know its bad when you cant even pay attention to Jenna Ortega
the movie ends and we both sit up
"so..." i aks her
"it was good, Jenna is hot not gonna lie" she answers
"yeah i would've never watched it if it was a different actor because the storyline is honestly boring" i admit
"yeah word" she chuckles
we just sit there for a while staring at each other until I break the silence
"I feel like its so rare that you take your hair out of that ponytail" I say "I think I've only seen you take it out like twice"
she shrugs "I don't know I never really think about it"
I look at her with puppy dog eyes and she rolls her eyes "oh god this isn't gonna be good"
"I wanna do your hairrr" I smile
lynn's pov
"fine..." I answer her knowing she wont let go of the idea
but I secretly like the idea of her doing my hair, its cute
"sit on the floor" she says
"yes ma'am" I joke
she chuckles and takes out my ponytail "I'm giving you french braids"
"and I'm gonna pretend I know what those are" I say while shes brushing my hair
"are you serious right now?" she gasps
"yes..." I admit
"anyways, I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear that" she keeps brushing my hair "your hair is so pretty, you should wear it down more often you look really good like this"
"I'll think about it" I say smiling
I don't know how to react because I never get compliments on my physical appearance, all everyone ever says is stuff about my athletic abilities
Jules was always the only person to tell me I'm pretty
I get lost in my own thoughts before Jules snaps me out of it "SHE SAID SHE'LL THINK ABOUT IT!" she says excited and I cant help but laugh
she keeps braiding my hair and we sit in a comfortable silence
with her concentrating on her work and me sitting there enjoying the way her hands move through my hair
"done" she says moving to face me "you look so good" she smile
I smile blush a little "thanks for that, I actually enjoyed it?" I say sarcastically
she chuckles
this girl is going to kill me one day and I wouldn't even try to stop her

heyyy this is gonna be so fun
I actually loved this chapter so expect more cute moments like this in the future
I have some ideas for an Annaka story in my notes app but its not fully planned out yet
I will be writing that after I finish this story (I can't write 2 stories at once), but don't worry this story is not gonna end soon
