Finn smiled walking to your locker room after his long match with Ciampa and a refreshing shower raising a brow when he ears something fall only to find you with your hands over your face groaning and crying in pain. "Woah hey love look at me" you shake your head as he crouched in front of you before pointing at your jaw trying to speak as he looked only to realize that your jaw wouldn't shut even when he lightly pushed on it for a few minutes he knew something was wrong leading to him immediately helping you grab your things while holding a towel over your face, a nurse noticed the look of embarrassment in your eyes leading to her taking you to a room where she knew after looking at your jaw and asking you questions with a nod or shake of your head that you had lockjaw and it was from the mounting pressure and grueling stress that had plagued over the past six weeks with Takeover not too far around the corner. You had been trying not to worry or take on anything else that would make your anxiety flare up even worse since you were out of your antidepressant and had been for the last four and a half weeks but with extra training for takeover and still being on the road full time it began to take a slow physical toll on you, it started out small with headaches and muscle aches that turned to being tensed up all the time and occasionally grinding your teeth especially when you couldn't sleep which became a bad habit that you replaced with sucking on lemons or chewing gum which did help ease the habit quite a bit when you were frustrated or tired but luckily your case wasn't severe leading to you sitting in finn's hotel room with a warm compress in between him gently massaging your jaw to help relax the muscles. Your stomach loudly grumbled as you moved your now tired jaw side to side while finn made you macaroni thankful that the two of you would occasionally bring certain foods with you on the road, an episode of Breaking Bad played as you ate the macaroni with minimal chewing involved before finn massaged your jaw yet again which helped relax your face after taking a pain reliever for your still sore and tender jaw as you thanked finn who only shakes his head with a small grin kissing the top of your head and hugging you rubbing his hand along your back which helped ease the tension in your body and brought a sense of warmth through you while snuggled under the covers in the comfortable silence.
