Laughs are shared between you and Pete as the two of you walk into his hotel room after celebrating for the night since everyone would have the next six weeks off after the next show tomorrow. "Just let me love you, I know you're scared but do you trust me?" you melt in the gentle caresses against your face before nodding as you're unable to hide the trust the two of you had formed over the past twenty four hours that went beyond the years long friendship the two of you had, you had never felt such safety and love like you do right now laying in pete's arms as his fingers ran along your spine while sharing a kiss before you were both asleep waking up three hours later with your head in the crook of his neck smiling while pressing a kiss to his chest not knowing that he woke up just a few minutes later unable to keep his eyes off you not just by your peaceful expression but that he wasn't dreaming and actually had you in his arms tracing a few freckles on your shoulder which woke you up from the chill that went up your spine.
