He was tasked by Herr Bismarck and Furher to find a solution to this problem and make a counter measure to combat these Kansens.
His days is disrupted every time the Modern Kansen show-off one of its new ability and made his counter measures looks like a child's play.
But this time he was determined to surpass those capabilities as he developed a new Weapons to counter the jet-powered planes with missile. New jet-planes with swept-wing designed to matches those jet-planes being described by Graf Zeppelin.
The design of the said jet-plane is based on the F/A-18 sketch from Graf Zeppelin. The jet-powered plane ended-up like the Northrop's F-5 with more curvatures because of the Me 262 design based.

"You look more brighter these days, Doktor." Bismarck spoke as she saw how the Dr. Stein is in the mood than them.
"Ja, Herr Bismarck. I was in the mood today, because I finished a working jet-powered plane prototype in time." Dr. Stein said with a glee in his face.
"When will that plane flew in my deck?" Graf Zeppelin asks, as she couldn't resist herself from operating the new cutting edge Iron Blood jet-plane.
"Soon dear Zeppelin, soon. But for now, let's test it on the ground before we put it on your deck. We need to find its faults and mishaps first." Dr. Stein said.
"What about the V-4 and V-3 Rocket, are those in testing today?" Bismarck asks.
"Nein."
Bismarck's brows furrowed at Dr. Stein's response. "Why?"
Dr. Stein clears his throat to explain to Herr Bismarck the complication. "The V-4 Rockets guidance system is not functioning properly as we intended. The electronics inside only targeted the slow moving Bombers and not any of the High-Speed and maneuverable Fighters that was intended to intercept. The cost of each V-4 Rocket is equivalent to 10 Anti-Air Shell with the same hitting rate."
