LITERALLY EVERYONE RIGHT NOW.
Lucas and the Bro's
Lucas and his contingent of 'Marines' navigated their way at the Siren Shipwreck that littered around them.
Those Siren Ships were victims of the default aggressive mode, after the NCO (Lucas) was cut connection to the Commanding Ship or the Flagship. The Dogs of War were now out of the leash, without any restriction.
A flurry of 5.56x45mm rang-out in symphony that syncs with the chorus of Oorahs being chanted by the 'Marines'. The follow-up explosion was like a bass in an orchestra of death.
"Ahh! Goblin, shot-it!" Lucas yelled.
"It's a Siren—" Before Birmingham could finish her word, a flurry of gunfire shredded that poor Siren that tried to sneak-up to them.
She didn't continue correcting him, she felt like an idiot trying to correct a Mentally Ill Child. Lucas being a Marine is like a horror to her, in the heat of the battle he acted like a child. A child that leads them in charging enemy fire.
"Why does he always like to act like a child, it's weird."
Columbia heard her and spoke. "You see; he's just having a fun time of his life."
"Fun time, huh?" Birmingham muttered to herself. Her attention quickly shifted in front, as she heard his voice get serious.
"Halt!" Lucas said raising a fist. "Scatter!" he ordered.
After hearing the frantic voice of Lucas calling them to scatter, they follow. They all jump to the side hiding at the Siren Ship as cover.
At their previous position, a large concentrated Laser Beam passed over and melted and evaporated any matter that blocked its path of annihilation.
"Wha-What was that?!!!" Birmingham asks, as didn't expect massive laser beam pass-by them.
Lucas' Aegis Combat System identifies the identity of the attacker; the Massive radar cross section identifies as Orochi.
"It's fucking Orochi." He said to let everyone know. After he said it, a flurry of groans, curses and disbelief.
"Sorry ladies, looks like we need to tango with this big boy." He said with reassurance.
Birmingham poked her head to look at the silhouette of the Massive Siren Ship that stood-out like a sore of thumb in the middle. "What... the..."
"He's quite a big isn't he?" Lucas asks, as a joke to lighten-up the mood.
"Do you really have to state the fucking obvious!" Birmingham scorned.
