I designed her character as such in order to matches that on other factions 'Loli Leaders' vibes with it comes to Pride and Loud of a mouth. My initial plan of this Character is that to have a rivalry with Queen Elizabeth about boosting their own respected countries.

TheTeddy Bear Rigging was inspired by "Bear Guy Gundam" and "Gundam HeavyarmsEW Ver." with its Mounted Dual Gatling Cannon on its wrist. You might find some Gundam resemblance as I made some characters based on their design.
When I was planning Theodore to have a Teddy Bear Rigging, I also thought of making Abraham Lincoln/ "Babe Lincoln" as the Navy called her and based her Rigging to Gundam Zabanya with it its Shield Bits and Riffle Bits. Her designed that I invention for her is based on that clothing for women of that ear bit on a gothic style of black and white.
I planned for the two to be together like how Hood is closed to Queen Elizabeth, and how she defused her temperament in some times.
I Like to put Theodore and Queen Elizabeth in odd terms, I can see and hear the insults and slurs being thrown around with these two Faction Leader Lolis.

Teddy Bear is often or been depicted TR (According to me as everyone refer to him a Bull Moose) can you imagine getting smacked down by a Mechanical Teddy Bear in the face like that on Gipsy Danger did to Leatherback at the battle of Hong Kong.
