An ASW Division, that consists of one Light Carrier, three Destroyers and one Modern Frigate. They are tasked to sweep the whole parameter with their ASW, for up-coming operation.
USS Lafayette FFG-65
Lafayette is inside the ships CIC, listening to any sonar and air contacts. Basically the Frigate is the eyes and ears of the ASW Division.
'Thank god. I'm only hunting a WW2 subs and not Modern subs. If I hunt a Modern submarine with this little division I have, it will be at the bottom. Right now...' His train of thought was cut by a call from HMS Javelin.
"What is it Javelin, is there something wrong? Lafayette asks in the comms.
Javelin yells at the comms in urgency. "Laffey is missing!"
"Whaaaaat!" Lafayette stands-up in his chair, he could not believe Laffey-459 just disappeared. 'did she fall asleep and capsized?'
"When did you just notice?" He asks.
"Just now!" Javelin replies in urgency.
Lafayette tries to calm her down, by asking her again. Without giving her any pressure this time. "Did you contact Unicorn, Eldridge and Charles Ausburne about her?"
"Yes. According them, they did not see her inside their ship. What should we do?!" Javelin asks, in panic.
"Did you contact her at the comms or tracked her radio signal?"
"No. I did not. She always turns off her radio when she tries to sleep. What should we do?" Javelin respond at the comms frantically.
Lafayette is in big trouble if they really lost Laffey-459 it could be disastrous. This is the first time he leads a Division in another, and now a single Destroyer is missing at his lead.
Luckily for him, one Manjuu shows him a CCTV footage of his ship. It shows Laffey-459 entering to his ship. He didn't have to asks where she's heading to, because he knows her priorities.
He then asked the Manjuu. "Why didn't you informed me, about this earlier?"
The Manjuu respond with squeaking sound. 'Ally there's no need to be alarmed.'
Lafayette's brows twitch. "Ally...?" he then tarts berating the poor Manjuu. "Ally or not, you need to inform me!"
The Manjuu recoiled and quivers. "Everything inside of this ship is considered CLASSIFIED!!!!!!"
