Kelce let out a small curse as he noticed Jimmy talking to Kiara, and he nudged Topper in the side, "Damn, we were supposed to keep him away from the Pogues. And look what's happening right in front of us." Topper groaned, his annoyance was evident as his eyes darted between Jimmy and Kiara, "How did this happen, man? They've never even met before." he stated annoyed, he didn't want to get on their mother's bad side. Not again.
Rafe chuckled lowly from his seat, his amusement still growing as the scene unfolded before him. Mike and Anna continued to observe the interaction with keen interest, their minds whirling with their own questions as Anna leaned closer to Mike to whisper, "I have a feeling this 'not JJ' boy has a lot of surprises for us" she muttered, her tone filled with slight snark as Mike nodded in agreement, his eyes narrowing as he studied Jimmy and his daughter, "And I have a feeling there's a lot more to him than just looking like JJ."
"I've been getting that a lot today, that I look like this guy I've never even met before" Jimmy admits with a small chuckle to Kie as he leans back on the counter with his elbows and smiles over at her in his own intrigue as Kie's expression shifted from confusion to realization, "Wait, hold on" she said, her eyes narrowing, "You've been getting that a lot? As in, people are mistaking you for someone named JJ?" she asked, naturally sarcastic but also full of curiosity at the new boy.
