As the group of enthusiastic students made their way to Principal Sycamore's office, the air buzzed with excitement about their upcoming field trip. Laughter and chatter filled the hallway, as each student shared their thoughts on the adventure that awaited them.
After a short walk, they reached the principal's door and knocked eagerly.
"Come in!" called Sycamore from inside.
"Hi there, Professor!" a cheerful girl said as she stepped into the office.
"Hello, Serena! I see you didn't come alone," Professor Sycamore replied, smiling as he noticed the rest of the group behind her.
"That's right!" Serena beamed. "We always stick together during lunch. This is our crew: Clemont, May, Misty, Dawn, Gary, Paul, Alain, Marin, Tierno, Sawyer, Trevor, Shauna, Miette, and Calem! We've got quite the squad!"
She glanced around, noting the friendly faces. "Some of us are couples too! Alain and Marin have been dating for a while now, Tierno and Shauna have been together for six months, and then there's me and Calem. My friends tease me, saying he flirts with other girls, but I trust him completely. We've been together for a month, and it's been amazing!"
"Sounds like you've got a fantastic support system," Sycamore replied, chuckling. "So, have you all come to join the field trip to another region?"
"Yes, sir!" they all chimed in unison.
"Which region are we headed to, Professor?" Serena asked, her curiosity piqued.
"The Alola region!" Sycamore announced.
A wave of joy swept over the girls as they squealed with excitement, having read so much about Alola's stunning landscapes and trendy fashion.
The boys exchanged amused glances, laughing at their friends' enthusiasm, but they shared in the excitement too. Some were eager to capture new Pokémon from the region, while others were looking forward to training and battling.
"When do we leave for Alola?" Gary asked, his competitive spirit igniting.
"In two days!" Sycamore replied. "Make sure to start packing your bags. If we're lucky, we might even catch the Alolan Pokémon League, which just kicked off! For those of you who love battling, this is a golden opportunity to witness some incredible matches and maybe pick up a few new strategies."
Serena's POV
"Wow, Alola!" Serena thought, her heart racing with excitement. "I've always dreamed of visiting, but now I get to go with my friends! I hope there are tons of cute shops for me to explore and stunning beaches to relax on. Plus, I can spend more time with my boyfriend. This is going to be incredible!"
Meanwhile, in Alola with Ash
Ash was making his way back to Melemele Island, determined to train in the peaceful woods. He found a flat spot and set up camp, ready to get to work. With a flick of his wrist, he sent out his six Pokémon, each one eager to train alongside him.
"Alright, team, we have two days to prepare!" he declared, raising his fist in the air. "Let's give it our all!"
His Pokémon responded with enthusiasm, nodding in agreement and teaming up to get started.
Ash's POV
"I'm so glad we made it through the first round," Ash thought, a determined grin spreading across his face. "Now, I can finally show off my true strength! We've trained hard every day, and I'm ready to become the league champion! My Pokémon have grown so much, and so have I. Soon, everyone will see just how strong we've become!"
