Chapter-38 (Aarushi kissed Aadarsh)

Aadarsh POV

Aarushi left upstairs after giving a death glare to me and Akshara. I followed her to save myself from Akshara 's teasing but she locked the room. Having no chance I walked down.

Today I decided to visit Rao's house because she will be at home as she is having a fever. I informed Ma before leaving. Today she has to talk with me because we didn't tell anyone about our fight. I will convince and bring her back home today.

I reached Rao's house and came to know that Aarushi went to the office. I thought to leave but then stayed as it will be easy to talk to her when we will be at home. I spent some time with everyone. The time passed talking with the ladies of the home. Akshara and Akhay were fun to talk to and their fights were fun to watch.

They showed me the albums of our wedding and Aarushi's childhood photos too. She was cute as a kid. I took some pics of her childhood. I wish our children would look like her and inherit her qualities. We had lunch and I was eagerly waiting for her to return home. I said not to inform her about my arrival.

Everyone got tensed when the clock struck 6:45 and she still isn't at home. Ma called her and she informed that the bus was late. I thought to go and pick her up but Akshara stopped me saying she will return in 30 mins and this isn't the first time. As said by Akshara she came in 30 mins.

"Jijuuuu...." I came out of my trace when Akshara sang my name.
"Jii sali sahibaaa..." I too sang her name and we both burst into laughter.

"Kaha ko gay ho." She said teasingly.
(Where are you lost)
"Tumhare di mai." I winked at her.
(In your sister)
"Aha jiju not bad ah." She laughed.

"Akshara chal help karne. Khaneka samay hogaya hai." Chachi said coming out of the room.
(Akshara come help us. It's time for dinner)

"Ji ayi ma." She said making a sad face. I laughed seeing her. She pouted and went away.

Everyone gathered at the dining table for dinner. We had dinner with many talks and teasing. And Aarushi is still ignoring me.

"Beta aap dono kal jana abhi raath ho gaya hai. " Bade papa said after finishing his dinner.
(Dear you both leave in the morning it's already night now.)

I agreed with him and everyone felt happy listening that we are gonna stay here today. After finishing dinner we had a cup of ice cream and I got to know that this family is obsessed with ice cream. There is no day when they go to bed without ice cream. I think that's the reason the ice cream gets finished in a month in our home. I shook my head not able to believe it.

After that everyone retired to their respective rooms. I ran to Aarushi's room before she could reach. I made her teddy sit on her study chair and I laid on the bed leaving enough space for Aarushi to sleep. I smiled internally thinking that today she has to sleep in bed with me as there is no couch in this room.

I closed my eyes when I heard the door opening sound and acted as if I slept already. She came towards the bed and I felt happy when she lifted her blanket. I didn't feel any moment for 5 minutes and opened my eyes to see the other side of the bed empty.

Where did she sleep now. I got up and saw her sleeping on the floor facing the ceiling. This girl arghh.... Why is she so stubborn.

I went and slept beside her but she turned her face towards the wall facing her back to me. There is only some space where only one person can fit between her and the wall. I hugged her from behind and moved closer to her. She struggled to get out of my hold but my grip was tight on her.
