Because Master Luo needed to perform a ritual, the entire mall was closed, including the emergency exits. Yang Jian couldn't understand how this young man named Yan Li had appeared in the mall; during his patrol earlier, he hadn't seen him at all.

Could it be that Yan Li had been here all along? Was the presence he sensed in the mall over the past two days actually him?

As Yang Jian studied Yan Li, his mind was racing with various thoughts. But then, how could the already decomposing corpse be explained? He hadn't found the body during his patrol earlier either. Moreover, the neck of the corpse was cleanly severed, with the kind of precision only a machine in a factory could achieve. Strangely, there was no blood at the wound.

Tang, the mall owner, along with Manager Li and Master Luo, all looked at Yan Li with a mix of fear and bewilderment as he walked toward them nonchalantly. Murderer? Madman? Or something else entirely? Many thoughts raced through their minds.

Yan Li extended his hand toward Tang, but Tang took a few steps back, not shaking his hand, and asked with a trace of fear, "Who are you, really? What do you want?"

"I'm here to discuss a business deal with you, Mr. Tang. The question is, are you interested?" Yan Li retracted his hand and smiled.

"What kind of business?" Tang asked.

Yan Li replied, "If I'm not mistaken, your mall is haunted. All the people who disappeared here were killed by a ghost. And right now, that ghost is hiding somewhere in the mall, watching us. I can take care of this for you, but in return, I want five million."

Tang immediately realized that this man was here to extort him. He had already hired a master; why would he need to deal with this unknown person?

Before Tang could speak, Master Luo sneered, "Young man, which school of thought do you follow? Do you know the rules? And you, being so young, barely in your twenties, do you even understand feng shui and the Eight Trigrams? You probably learned this on the side. I will handle Mr. Tang's issue today. If you know what's good for you, you should leave quickly."

"Otherwise, I'll have the security guards throw you out."

Yan Li smirked back, "You ignorant charlatan, talking about feng shui? Maybe you can fool some nouveau riche, but your feng shui tricks are useless here because there's a real ghost in this mall. If that ghost shows up, do you think your peachwood sword and useless paper talismans will work? Even if you brought the Buddha himself, it wouldn't help."

"And let me warn you, you better watch your tone, or I'll rip your heart out and shove it down your throat."

Yan Li's previously smiling face suddenly turned sinister and cold. He grabbed Master Luo by the collar and lifted him off the ground with surprising strength. The menacing tone in his voice made it clear he wasn't bluffing.

Cold sweat appeared on Master Luo's forehead, and fear filled his eyes as he realized the terror of the man before him. Yan Li was like the most vicious criminal, but even more terrifying.

"This guy is definitely a ghost-wielder," Yang Jian thought, recognizing the inhuman malice in Yan Li's demeanor. It was clear that this man had also been tormented by the ghost inside him.

When someone harbors a ghost within their body, they are gradually influenced by its malevolent presence. This transformation happens subtly over time. Yang Jian was already experiencing these changes himself.

"Security! Security! Quickly, restrain this man and make him release Master Luo!" Manager Li shouted, his face pale with fear.

Liu Qiang hesitated but reluctantly moved forward.
