Chapter 15

"Oh no, where could he have gone ? !" Boun groaned and walked to their parked car, the driver opened the door for him and he got in. His mind was now a complete mess, where to look for Prem, he himself was now wandering the streets somewhere, he didn't even have his papers with him, he had left everything at the mansion.

"Do you want a cigarette Hia?" Prem asked.

Boun now turned his head and looked incredulously at Prem who was sitting next to him on the seat, smoking a cigarette and holding out one hand with a cigarette pack to him, offering him.

" I smoke cigarettes when I'm nervous, otherwise I don't touch them, I started when my family died. " Prem exhaled smoke from his mouth. Prem sat cross-legged in his seat, his head turned and looking out the window onto the street. He didn't actually look at Boun.

" So will you take one Hia?" Prem repeated the question again, still looking out the window.

" No...I don't want to, thank you." Boun breathed, suddenly so happy in his heart that Prem was sitting safely in his car and not wandering the street alone somewhere.

"Hmm well, never mind, at least I'll have some left for next time." Prem replied without interest.

" Please take me to your house Hia, I'll get my stuff and go home, you'll have your space if you need it, it's fine." Prem said quietly now.

" Pao I..don't do this...I was wrong, I'm sorry, please don't leave me. I was a jerk, I don't even know why I said that, I mean I know, I'm worried about you...about us. "

Prem now turned his head to look at Boun squarely. He stared at him searchingly for a moment and then spoke: " I'm not going to force you Hia to change if you don't want to yourself. It's for your own good, not just mine. Oh, lest I forget, thanks for lunch, but I'm done, this restaurant has a weird aura, either you want to rape me in the restroom or you're going to leave me there, I'm getting lost somehow Hia." Prem exhaled the smoke from his cigarette and looked straight at Boun, giving him a small smile. It was only a slight smile, but Boun was glad not to see him sad.

" I get it Pao, I don't want any conditions, I don't want to just try, you're worth it to me. Let's do it gradually, like you said yes?"

Boun sat closer to Prem now.

" Pao, come on forgive me, you told me today you know I'm a bastard....but I'm your bastard...don't give up on me."

" I'm not giving up Hia, you left....you think I didn't want to run straight out of that restaurant and into town somewhere, but I didn't and I'm sitting here waiting for you. I'm still your Omega and you're my Alpha and our life isn't as simple as the others, I know we can't solve everything right away. But if you need time and space it's the least I can give you." Prem stubbed out his cigarette now and took one of Boun's hands in his and gave him a kind look.

" Can I kiss you Pao, please?" Boun breathed, inwardly so grateful that Prem was such a smart and sensible man.

" You can. " Prem smiled mischievously and Boun pulled him onto his lap and pulled him into a passionate and much needed kiss, because right now he needed to feel his Alpha, his Omega. Boun kissed Prem fiercely, it was not a gentle kiss. His wolf needed him, and when Boun ran his hand over the back of Prem's head and smelled the dampening patch Prem had brought to the restaurant, he ripped it off in one motion, and his nose filled with that beautiful and intoxicating scent of jasmine, and his wolf was bouncing around inside, excited and happy.
