Chapter 16

Today, Boun, Ohm, Kao, and a few other staff members had a meeting in the conference room at headquarters.

Suddenly, there was a knock and Prem stuck his head in.

" May I? I'm just going to say goodbye, I'm going to see Fluke, I have a meeting with him. We're going for coffee. " Prem smiled at Boun and walked slowly over to him to give him a quick kiss on the cheek.

" I'll be back in four hours, I've got the dampening patch and I'll take the bus." Prem said quickly

" The meeting went a bit long, I forgot you were going somewhere, I don't want you to take the bus." Boun frowned.

" Before we met I used to take the bus every day and no one minded, you don't have to drive me around like a little puppy." Prem huffed now.

" But I want to drive you, I'll be more relaxed that you're okay." Boun said seriously.

"Okay, I get it, I give up, so drive me." Prem rolled his eyes, sometimes this overprotective side of him bothered him a little, but he understood that the Alpha just had it in him so he didn't make a big deal about it. In the months they'd been living together, Prem had learned when he should curb his dominance and give Boun space so he didn't feel like a completely lost puppy in their relationship. Alpha needed his space, when he could exert his dominance as well.

"What were you dealing with that took you so long." Prem asked, trying to keep the speech from standing as Boun straightened the papers on the table in front of him.

" The protection money, one street is rebelling and doesn't want to pay the protection money." Kao said, immediately crouching down as he saw Boun's sharp look.

Prem now folded his arms at his side.

" You mean to tell me that you're still running that old system of extorting small merchants? That you have no shame, exploiting small businessmen, barely able to support a family, and paying you to keep you well off. "

" But Pao don't get upset, it's a system that's been in place for generations." Boun protested, seeing that Prem was angry.

" That's bullshit." Prem slammed his hand on the table.

" Established over generations...once upon a time they also lived in a cave and there were no cars or cell phones, everything is changing. I'm a small businessman too, don't you want me to take a payoff too? What about Hia? " Prem growled, his Omega raging and his eyes glowing blue.

Boun's eyes were glowing red now too, his Alpha walked out because it excited his wolf immensely when his Omega was mad at him.

" I want money from the merchants, I'll ask you Pao to pay me off in another form." Boun said with a smile that was terrifying.

" Hia no, I'm going to be late, you horny mafioso..." yelled Prem as he grabbed the doorknob in an attempt to escape the room, but Boun was quicker and pressed his whole body against Prem, trapping him between himself and the closed door. Prem had his back to him so Boun had good access to his neck where he was marked, so Prem suddenly felt sharp teeth on his neck and then followed Boun's tongue licking the spot where he had bitten him.

Prem shuddered at the touch, " Hia, you bastard... umm." Boun sealed his lips around Prem's mouth so he couldn't protest. He felt good that Omega wasn't trying to defend himself, so he didn't want him to. Prem's body shuddered beneath him. Boun wouldn't take him by force, he knew Prem wouldn't forgive him, and they had talked about it once before. They were just both wild and predatory. It's called an "Italian marriage" here. It's when you have plates flying around your apartment, but you're in passionate love. This relationship was similar.

When Prem started panting, Boun broke off the fierce kiss and threw Prem onto the long table where papers were now strewn across the room. Prem now had time to look around and saw that the room was empty. For a meeting room that only had one door and it was blocked by Boun, all the staff had somehow magically disappeared.
