As Chespin wandered further and further away from the Campsite, Clemont found that he couldn't stop as his Invention exploded, waking everyone up when the Sun had barely begun to Rise!
Chespin: Pin...
Clemont: (Panting)
Chespin: Pin!
Clemont: (Panting) How do I stop this thing?! Aah!
(Explosion!)
Mairin and Alain: Whoa!!
Ash: What was that?!
Serena: Black Smoke!
Bonnie: What happened?!
Pikachu: Pika!
Chespie: Che!
Charmander: Char!
When they all came over to check on Clemont, he revealed that "he was" working on some Exercise Gear to help get Chespin back into tip-top Condition!
Clemont: (Groaning) (Coughing)
Bonnie: Oh, Big Brother?
Serena: What are you doing?!
Ash: Are you okay?!
Alain: Whoa...
Mairin: What is this?
Clemont: Well, it's Exercise Gear designed to help get Chespin back into Tip-Top Condition!
Both Bonnie and Dedenne knew it probably doesn't work, with Mairin and her own Chespie agreeing with her, especially with the fact that the Sound of his Invention exploding before the Sun barely had a chance to rise!
Bonnie: I don't think it works...
Dedenne: Dedenne...
Mairin: What was your first Clue? The sound of his Invention Gear exploding before the Sun barely has a chance to Rise?!
Chespie: Chespin...
Clemont reassured them that the Gear would only take a second to repair, before asking Chespin if he wanted to give his Invention a try!
Clemont: This will only take a second to repair... So why don't you give my Invention a try, Chespin?
But that's when everyone noticed that Chespin was gone even though it had just been here a minute ago, and thinking it got frightened by the Explosion and went to hide, everyone started to call out and look for it!
Serena: Hey, I don't see Chespin anywhere...
Clemont: I know Chespin was here just a minute ago...
Alain: It could've gotten frightened by the Explosion and gone to hide...
Ash: Well, it couldn't have gotten far!
Serena: Hey!
Mairin: Hey, Chespin!
Alain: Chespin, where are you?!
Pikachu: Pika, Pika!
Chespie: Chespin, Pin!
Charmander: Char, Char!
Unknown to any of them, Chespin had followed the Smell all the way to a House, before collapsing out Cold and falling asleep right out on the Deck!
Chespin: Pin... Ches...
