In the Greenhouse, the Professor and Clemont both watched as Bonnie, Mairin, and Chespie were playing with the other Lab Pokemon, including a Zigzagoon, an Azurite, and even a Marill!
Bonnie: (Giggling)
Mairin: (Laughing)
Chespie: Chespin! Chespin!
Just then, Alain, Ash, and Pikachu entered the Greenhouse, amazed at all the Pokemon here at the Lab!
Ash: Wow... Amazing!
Alain smiles bittersweetly, remembering that's what he said the first time that he came here as a little kid...
Professor Sycamore(F.B.): Okay, open your Eyes!
Young Alain(F.B.): (Gasps) Wow... Amazing!
Alain: Yeah... That's exactly what I said the first time that I came here as a little kid...
Ash seemed amazed as both the Professor and Clemont noticed them enter, before Clemont asked how Froakie was doing!
Professor Sycamore: Hmm...
Clemont: So Ash, how's Froakie feeling?
Ash smiled, he and Alain both knew that Froakie would be good as new by tomorrow!
Ash: Much better! Froakie's really strong!
Alain: By tomorrow morning, Froakie will be as good as new!
Clemont: That's good news!
Bonnie and Mairin both called Ash over, seeing that there were too many Pokemon to count!
Bonnie: Ash, I've never seen these Pokemon!
Mairin: Yeah, there's almost too many Pokemon to count!
There was even a Helioptile, much to both Ash and Pikachu's joy and amazement!
Ash: Wow, there's even a Helioptile!
Pikachu: Pika Pika!
Pikachu runs over to Bonnie, causing the other Pokemon to chat friendly with the Electric Mouse Pokemon!
Pikachu: Pika!
Ash turned to the Professor, curious about what he was researching!
Ash: So Professor, what kind of Evolution are you researching?
Alain did his best to hide his discomfort while the Professor shared his research with the others...
Alain: Hmm...
Ash: Well, if I told you that Pokemon may have an additional Evolutionary Stage, what would you say?
Clemont and Ash are both shocked at that news, as the Professor continues his research news!
Ash: Are you serious?
Clemont: So you're saying that Garchomp can still Evolve?
Professor Sycamore: Possibly, that's my research!
Ash: Whoa...
Clemont: Unbelievable!
Professor Sycamore: There have been several reports about different Pokemon that Evolve in a way that we researchers refer to as Mega Evolution!
While Alain continued to frown, Ash was interested while the Professor revealed the strong Bond it takes from what he and the others were still researching about it!
Alain: Hmm...
Ash: Mega Evolution?
Professor Sycamore: A lot of the mechanics are still a mystery... But we believe that a strong bond between Pokemon and Trainer, as well as a special Stone, play a crucial role in Evolving!
