Tony - Do any of your old friends actually like you?

Layla - Very few. We don't need to worry. We got supplies, and the train's here. Let's get our cars and go.

Frostee - Maybe this is the wrong train car?

Layla - Hey, Sandocal. Long time, no see.

Sandocal - Layla Gray... Didn't I tell you what would happen if you came back here? I guess the Dead End will be your final stop.

Tony - What did you do with our cars?

Then Sandocal said to Layla and her friends that their cars were now his cars.

Sandocal - Your cars? Non! These are my cars now. Sorry, I don't know you. You might all be very nice, or whatever, but this one has got a debt to pay. So, you know, now you are wrapped up in it.

Echo - What's he talking about?

Sandocal - It is a tale of friendship, and betrayal. Love, and hate. An innocent racer, and a vicious mobster.

Layla - We raced together. We lost. I left. Okay?

Sandocal - You double-crossed me! You bet against your own team! You shouldn't have bet on that race!

Layla - We were outmatched. Ask the Horned Vipers.

Then the Horned Vipers were already siding with Layla after what Sandocal had said to her.

Sandocal - What?! You're siding with her?

Echo - Okay, enough story time. You trusted Layla, and you got burned. That's on you. But you can't take these cars.

Sandocal - I don't think that's up to you now. I want the cars, and my revenge. Allons-y! Take them away!

Layla - Wait! We can help you.

Sandocal - How?

Layla - You got some race lined up, and probably a lot of money riding on it. Let me and my partner race for you. You know I'm the best. And Tony's the only one who's come close to beating me.

Tony - I've beat her before.

Layla - You keep believing that, Toretto.

Sandocal - Hm... Just so happens, there is a dune buggy race later in the day, but Omar and I will be driving, thank you very much.

Then Layla questions on Omar's driving abilities.

Layla - Omar? I wouldn't let him drive me around the block.

Omar - Hey! I haven't hit a camel since that one incident. Okay, a couple more, but I'm better at steering since we last met.

Layla - Come on, Sandocal! Tony and I can win that race for you. You could be out of debt, make some money. All I ask is that when we win, you give our cars back.

Sandocal - You can race, but I will never give you those cars back. I told you, those are mine now. That's it, I said it, okay? But if you two do win... I'll let your friends go. Sounds like a good deal, right?

Military Soldier - We've got a car on the old road. Is there a problem here?
