Tony - See? Now I can meet that kid!

Echo - Quiet! Just let me handle this.

Old timer - What are you doing here?

Echo - We were racing, ran off course and ended up here. We need supplies, mainly water.

Tony - Look! They've got some!

Old timer - Our well has dried up. That was the last of our water. You must leave. Now.

Tony - Are there other water sources?

Old timer - No! Do you think we'd be packing up our lives if there were?

Tony - We could help.

Old timer - What part of "leave" do you not understand?

Tony - Aw, lugnuts.

Random kid - Car fail guy?

Tony - Aw, lugnuts, my car! What?

Random kid - It's him! "Aw, lugnuts, my car."

Old timer - That is car fail guy! Do the fall again.

Tony - No! That really hurt!

Layla - Come on, Toretto. They have water. Do it for your family.

Tony - Fine.

Cisco - Bro! Your line!

Tony - Aw...

Crowd - Lugnuts! My car!

Tony - Whoa!
Frostee - Awesome!

Layla - Who drives that car we saw?

Then Random kid says that car that Tony and his crew saw was Ziri.

Random kid - It belongs to my brother, Ziri. He left for technological school months ago. He's the pride and joy of Wafir. He installed those solar panels when he was 8. We also have water filtration and hydroelectric generators.

Frostee - I rigged up my moms' restaurant with small hydro, but they shut me down because of the flooding.

Cisco - Ah yeah, we went tubing down the street!

Tony - Oh yeah! They had to hire that lifeguard.

Frostee - My moms' loss.

Old timer - Unfortunately, our small hydro is not useful now that the well is empty. My family has lived in Wafir for generations, but never have we seen such strange weather as this year. The Bedouin tell us of a giant sandstorm in the desert, and now our well has run dry.

Echo - Sounds like the storm that took Ms. Nowhere and Gary down.

Tony - I was gonna say that.

Echo - Were you?

Tony - No. I was gonna say we should avoid it.

Frostee - Food's ready.

Old timer - Gather round, everyone!

Echo - There goes the last of our rations.
