"I hope it gets you first, Malfoy."

★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★★

Pulling Ron along to Hagrid's hut was difficult, slugs fell out of his mouth every two seconds, slimy things sticking onto the floor. I felt like I was going to throw up, it was absolutely disgusting.

We rushed to Hagrid, a bucket was on Ron's lap, slugs still falling out his mouth.
"Better out than in. Who was Ron trying to curse anyway?" Hagrid questioned.
"Malfoy." I replied.
"He called Hermione.." Harry stopped, not knowing the exact word or the meaning.

Hermione was still visibly upset, tears welled up in her eyes again.
"Well I don't...I don't know exactly what it means." Harry explained.
Hermione walked away, looking at the wall instead, "he called me a mudblood."

Hagrid stood in shock, "he did not!" Hagrid acted like he was in a gossip session.
"What's a mudblood?" Harry asked, he still didn't understand.
"It means 'dirty blood'. Mudbloods a really foul name for someone who is muggle-born, someone with non-magic parents, someone like me. It's not a term one usually hears in a civilised conversation." Hermione explained, tears now streaming down her face.

"The Malfoys aren't civilised." I commented, hugging Hermione.
"See, the thing is, Harry, there's some wizards, like the Malfoy family, who think they're better than everyone else, because they're what people call pure-blood." Hagrid also explained.
"That's horrible." Harry said in pure disbelief.

Ron coughs up more slugs, disgust painted on my face.
"It's disgusting." Ron stated, another slug falling out his mouth.
Hagrid gives Hermione a talk of encouragement, saying she is better than most pure-bloods which she is.

Me and Hermione waited for Ron and Harry in their detentions. We found Ron now searching for Harry in the corridors. We found him, finally. Harry was putting his ear up close to the wall. I looked at him, confused.

"Did you hear that?" Harry asked us three, he looked around frantically, trying to find the source of the sound.
"Hear what?" Ron added, concerned and confused with Harry's attitude.
"That voice." Harry uttered, I stared at him with concern.

"Voice? What voice?" Hermione croaked, a little bit of confusion in her voice.
Harry said something about it being in Lockhart's office, then about it moving. We followed him as he ran quickly against the wall. We all abruptly stopped, seeing lots of spiders running along to the window.

It was unusual for this, I hardly see any spiders in general and for 50 in a straight line going to one place was unique.
"Strange, I've never seen spiders act like that." Harry spoke.
"I don't like spiders." Ron said, no one liked spiders. Even me, I loved insects and animals but even spiders pushed it.

My eyes trailed down to a huge puddle on the floor, bloody words traced on the wall.
"What in the Merlin is that!" I shouted, the bloody writing said 'The Chamber Of Secrets has been opened. Enemies of heir, beware'.

Hermione said it out loud, adding "It's written in blood."
"Oh no." Harry commented. We looked up, seeing a cat hanging. Mrs Norris.
"It's Filch's cat. It's Mrs Norris." Harry continued, he stared at the scene in fear.
In a matter of a few seconds, the corridor started to fill up. Different houses crowding around. Even the teachers. All the Professors stared at the writing in horror.

" 'Enemies of the heir beware'. You'll be next mudbloods." Draco raged.
"I hope it gets you first, Malfoy." I spat back, he glanced at me for a second, a split second of sadness or maybe I saw something wrong.
"What's going on here?" Filch pushed through the crowd, announcing himself in the huge amount of people.
