We all ran back to the bathroom, where Hermione still was. The bathroom was quiet with Hermione in the cubicle.
" 'Mione, are you okay?" I questioned, loudly for her to hear.
"That was close." Ron commented, walking behind me.
"Hermione, come out. We've got loads to tell you!" Harry shouted.

"Go away!" Hermione replied, her voice was strained, like she was crying.
Myrtle flew down, mocking Hermione slightly.
"Oh, wait 'till you see. It's awful!" Myrtle giggled. I rolled my eyes at Myrtle, knocking on Hermione's cubicle.
"Hermione, are you okay?" Harry questioned, slowly opening the door.

"Do you remember Y/N telling you that the Polyjuice Potion was only for human transformations? It was cat's hair I plucked off Millicent Bulstrode's robes." Hermione turned around, revealing ears and a tail.
"Look at my face." Hermione said, clearly upset.
"Look at your tail." Ron added with a smile, I laughed at him, shaking my head.

"Ron, Hermione is clearly upset about this." I said, turning to the boy. Harry and Ron laughed slightly as we helped Hermione to the Hospital Wing.

The next day, it was a busy school day. I strolled to my class, Draco silently stepped behind me.
"Draco, I know it's you." I spoke, turning around to him.
"Damn. You caught me." He shrugged, with a small smirk.

"Okay, what do you want?" I asked.
"I want us to be friends, I think we could be very powerful, get rid of all the mudbloods." Draco joked, I shook my head.
"You silly boy!" I snapped, slapping his hand that was on my shoulder.
"Have you not noticed my best friend is Hermione, who is Muggle-born!" I shouted again.

"Okay, okay. Relax, Ravenclaw's star." Draco backed up with his hands in the air, I walked away from him but he followed behind because of having charms together.

In the class, Draco sat right next to me, annoying me. I sighed as he plopped down next to me.
"Hey, Ravenclaw's star. Can you help me?" He inquired, I groaned loudly, not wanting to help.
"What question?" I answered.
He pointed to the question and I looked closely.
"Flipendo is a jinx." I said to him. He smiled gratefully and wrote down the answer.

It was the first time he was slightly pleasant. The class ended and I packed up my stuff.
"Wait, Sigurdsson. Thank you for helping me." Draco spoke to me, I looked at him in shock.
"No problem, Malfoy." I mumbled, still in pure shock Malfoy actually thanked me.

"Can we be friends yet?" He inquired with a smirk.
"Still no." I grabbed my bag, throwing it over my shoulder.

Harry had told me about finding a diary with Tom Riddle on the front of it, he mentioned that he was in a memory where Hagrid had the animal that was supposed to be in the chamber and Tom Riddle had caught him.

I sighed, I was sure Hagrid could never do that.
"Hagrid wouldn't do that, Harry." I said, shaking my head at him as we walked to the library together.
"I saw it, Y/N! I know Hagrid is our friend but the evidence is clear." Harry argued. We got to the library and talked quietly.

"I don't think Hagrid would do that. He's so kind, gentle with animals and-" before I finished, Harry started to argue back.
"He really did it, Y/N. Face it." I sighed at his reply, we finished grabbing the books we needed.
"Thank you, have a good night." I said to the librarian. She nodded at me while me and Harry walked out.

"Goodnight, Harry." I said and he muttered a small 'goodnight' back. I got to my common room, Padma sprawled across one of the sofas.
"Hi, Padma." I announced to the girl.
"Hi! I haven't seen you in ages!" She shouted, I smiled, sitting next to her.
