yuwon pushed open the door to the hotel room, her mind swirling with anticipation for dinner. she tossed her bag onto the bed, and sighed as she flopped down for a moment. the room without heeseung was so quiet it was almost unsettling. his presence— as irritating as it was sometimes, had become somewhat comforting. yuwon sat up again, remembering that she didn't have much time and she really wanted a shower before going out.she reached the bathroom door, pushing it open, but she stopped immediately in her tracks. standing there, framed by the soft light of the bathroom, was heeseung.
her breath hitched as she took in the sight before her.he was fresh from the shower, his body glistening with droplets of water that clung to his skin like jewels. a white towel was wrapped low around his hips, barely concealing his chiseled physique. his lean, muscular build was striking, offering her a tantalizing view of his wide shoulders, each contour of his body accentuated by the soft glow of the light. water streamed down his chest, tracing the defined lines of his abs, and the way the towel sat just above his hips was enough to make her heart race.
his cherry hair was damp and tousled, framing his face in a way that made his features even more striking. the droplets cascading down his neck and shoulders caught the light, enhancing the aura of effortless masculinity that surrounded him. he looked just as shocked as yuwon, but soon, his signature teasing smirk curved his lips, as if he knew exactly the effect he had on her.
yuwon's mind went blank, her thoughts racing. what the hell? nothing could have prepared for this. "enjoying the view, pervy witch?" he asked, his voice low and playful, sending shivers down her spine. she felt a flush creeping up her cheeks as she fought to tear her gaze away from his body, shocked by the sudden intimacy of the moment. but soon enough she scoffed.
"pervy witch? can't you lock the goddamn door?" she blurted out, her voice flustered and shaky. why was she acting like this? she felt a mix of embarrassment and a rush of adrenaline. she was caught completely off guard, her heart racing not just from the shock of seeing him like this, but from the undeniable attraction that surged through her.
heeseung stepped closer, and for a moment yuwon contemplated covering her eyes because seeing all that up close should not be free. her breath caught in her throat, the tension thickening as she struggled to find her voice. why was he so close? the space between them felt charged, and for a moment, everything else faded away.
"didn't expect you back so soon" he replied, clearly amused, his eyes sparkling with mischief. the playful tone of his voice only made her more flustered. how could he look so good and be so casual about it? she cursed her inability to act normal in front of him. what was she even supposed to do now?
"put on some damn clothes!" she finally managed, turning away in a desperate attempt to regain her composure. her heart raced as she leaned against the door, trying to steady herself. the image of him, water-slicked and undeniably gorgeous, lingered in her mind, making her pulse quicken.
