Back Again

After the commotion with the reporters, they had eventually left Lucifer's mansion and probably wouldn't be returning due to his warning from earlier.

You were currently taking a bath in one of his bathrooms, your body soaking in bubbly water while you washed your hair with soap. Lucifer gently knocked on the bathroom door.

"Y/N? I set up a room for you and laid down a fresh pair of clothes for you on the bed. My workshop is right next to your room if you need me."

He said before walking away from the door to go back to his workshop. You look over at the bathroom door as you heard his voice, rinsing the soap out of your hair before draining the tub.

You step out of the tub onto a towel and grab the towel to dry off your hair and body. You wrap the towel around your body before cleaning up the bathroom, then opening the door and walking towards your bedroom where he set up for you.

You walk inside and notice how large it was, the walls pained a beautiful red and gold color, along with a painting of a snake that went all around the room. Your bed was a kinged sized, which was odd since it was just you but you didn't mind it.

You walk over and find the pair of clothes lying on the bed, a laced gold and red long sleeved shirt with gold and red laced pajama bottoms. You also notice a pair of duck slippers on the ground in front of the bed, causing you to smile a bit.

Dropping your towel to the ground, you put on your top and the bottoms, buttoning up the top before drying your hair better with the towel. You slip on your slippers and walk back towards the bathroom to brush your hair and braid it into two braids. You walk out of the bathroom about to go back to your room before hearing Lucifer mumbling to himself inside his workshop, causing you to peak over.

You glance over into his workshop, your eyes immediately noticing all the ducks that surrounded the place, your eyes softening a bit. That's a lot of ducks, you thought to your self as your eyes move over to Lucifer's figure by his desk.

"No, no, no that's not right at all.. that spot goes there.. that color there.."

Lucifer mumbled to himself as he painted a duck, sticking his tongue out. You walked into his workshop quietly, walking over towards him and peaked over his shoulder, seeing him working on a duck that looked like him.

"What you working on?"

You ask with a smile while Lucifer's eyes went wide as he got startled, jumping a bit as the duck flew in the air before quickly catching it, looking back at you in surprise.

"Ah! Y-Y/N! Um— j-just working on a duck here haha!"

He nervously said as he hid the duck behind him, a nervous smile on his face. You quickly move over to try and look at the duck, your eyes full of curiosity.

"Aww come on, let me see!"

You say while trying to reach for the duck, giggling out. Lucifer tried to hide the duck from you but he couldn't help but chuckle as you tried to grab it from him, keeping it behind his back.

"No way, it's not finished yet!"

He said with a laugh, a bright smile on his face. You continued to laugh while trying to grab it, leaning over to try and grab it from behind him.

As you reached for his duck, you accidentally slipped on the ground and fell on top of him in his chair with a small 'oof' sound, your chest falling on top of his chest.

Lucifer let out a small gasp as you fell on top of him, his cheeks going red as he felt your chest pressed up against his. He dropped the duck onto the ground, making a small squeak noise as it fell.
