Falls, Books and Heart Aches

It's been three weeks since I met EXO. I see most of them in my lessons and I've been getting looks from girls now. They even insulted me about "trying to steal EXO's attention and keeping them for herself", what a pain... It was pouring with rain today.. What a shame, today we were going to have physical education outside and now we can't. Good thing we had a gym or else we wouldn't be doing it at all.

I got dressed, ate leftover Beef Bulgogi and left. "Bye Umma!" I shouted.

"Bye! Oh wait Alyssa! Can buy these at the supermarket?" asked Umma. She gave me a shopping list that said: pork, eggs, bread, milk, onions, fish , tomatoes and apples. Couldn't she just buy these for herself? She doesn't have work today and I have to go to school! She might as well go now! Well I guess I'll give her some slack and not complain, she has the twins to take care of, besides I didn't want to miss my train again anyway and today we have assembly. "Ok, I gotta go now!" I said. The train was early than it was suppose to today, maybe because they wanted to make up for being late yesterday?

Ah! I only have 4 minutes until the assembly starts! Run Alyssa Run! But the ground was so slippery and I began to... trip! "Ahh!" I screamed. I was gonna fall on my face and probably break my nose or something but I felt an arm around my waist and I wasn't falling anymore! Who was this person?

"Hey don't run when the ground's so slippery! You could've tripped!"said someone. Eh? another different voice that sounded familiar, was it? I looked behind and I saw, "D.O?!"

"Are you alright? Come on, let's go to assembly before the we're too late, we only have 36 seconds." he mentioned, he held my hand and we ran to the school, *blush.

After assembly my friends came up to me while we were walking to our first lesson, maths,and kept asking about what happened yesterday! Apparently, a girl saw me and Baekhyun in the train station and spreader the rumour. "Tell us! Tell us! Why was Baekhyun with you in the train station yesterday?!" Lily asked. Their faces was just full with curiosity.

"Nothing happened, ok!?" I replied. They don't need to know everything! Geez, they freak out at the most simplest times ever! In maths a lot of girls kept glaring at me like I committed a crime, the dead looks was just creepy! I couldn't concentrate in the lesson at all, my math book didn't have that much writing in it. Ugh!

As I was heading to my next lesson, which was science, I saw Baekhyun going to the opposite direction... *Blush. Well no time to waste! Science! Go!

When I arrived to my science lesson, guess who sat next to me! Chanyeol! No one was sitting next to me anyway so.....

"Hi Alyssa!" he said ,"you done the homework?" I started talking to him but I stopped when I saw the dead looks the girls gave me, it was really disturbing, at this rate I'll fail my tests if they won't stop... We had to do an experiment about chemical reactions, we had to partner up with the people who sit next to us! Oh boy... Could this day get any worse? "Ok I'll get the test tube racks and you get the acids" I said to Chanyeol. While I was getting the test tube racks, a girl pushed me down! The teacher was out talking to a staff so he was too busy to see what they've done. It was very painful because she pushed me like she was giving me revenge from, stealing her boyfriend or something. What's with the girls' problem? I got up but my leg was starting to bleed. I tried to make sure Chanyeol wouldn't see it so I tried crossing my legs, it hurts but at least he won't see it, right?

"Ok, got the acids! I also got some test tubes, you got the test tube racks?" asked Chanyeol."Hey what's with the weird walk? Are you ok?" he asked. I told him that I just needed to go to the toilet, to make it believable I had to ask the teacher if I could go.

I rinsed of the blood and dabbed it with my handkerchief that I brought with me. I went back ,and me and Chanyeol continued with our task, but he didn't smile, was he not comfortable with me?. After the lesson, the teacher asked me to give the maths books that he kept to class 3-2. The books were really heavy, they were stacked so high that I couldn't see at all! When I walked I just glued my eyes to the books just in case if they fall.

Suddenly I lost my balance and tripped! My body hit the ground pretty hard but it didn't hurt as much as earlier. The books were in a mess! The papers that were hidden inside the book was scattered around, this was gonna take me a long time to get this back to where they originally were, just great! As I tried to clear up the mess I created, I saw a hand and it picked up a book."Hey are you ok? You must've fallen, I'll give you a hand." said the mysterious person. It was Baekhyun again.

... I'm glad that no-one was around us, I even make sure that there wasn't. So we got some books cleared out but there were still some left. I looked at Baekhyun just to see if he was ok or not, but my face turns a bit red when I do, so I tried to avoid it.

"There you go! We finally finished!" he said with a smile. I thanked him, carried the books and walked away. "Wait!,Let me carry half of it ,and you might fall as well so I'll make sure that won't happen again," he insisted.

We picked up the books and put the papers back to where they belong, there was one book left and I held it but Baekhyun's hand suddenly held mine by accident, *blush.
