After completing her sanitary measures, Ciize began to prepare Milk's food and medication. She placed the food in the palm of her hand, as though weighing it with her senses. Was that even possible for a human to do? Then, suddenly, she spoke.

"Milk, I think you need to prepare yourself for this. Dr. Kapook has doubled the nutrient content of your food and medication, probably to help you get stronger for your upcoming treatment. But I warn you, you might not like how it feels in your body. Forgive me in advance." She sighed, then gently administered everything to her patient.

A while later, Ciize was holding Milk's hand, intently observing her face. The little doctor looked anxious, almost worried. Then she spoke again, as if they were having a conversation.

"You don't like the food? It's making your stomach upset? Is it okay if I check? I'll need to lift your clothes and rub your tummy a little, alright? No, it won't tickle—I'll be gentle. I just need to examine you." Her worry grew more apparent as she spoke. She seemed to panic slightly and grabbed something from her luggage. "Here, this will help warm your tummy." She applied a hot compress to Milk's stomach. "Don't fight the digestion process—just let it happen naturally. It's okay to let it out. I promise I'll clean your absorbent pad right away. I know you hate it when you have to pass stool, but I'm here. I won't let you feel uncomfortable or dirty."

Soon after, Milk defecated in her diaper. Ciize immediately asked for permission to clean her up, apologizing softly as if reassuring Milk that it was normal—something every human does. She cleaned her up with the utmost care, not showing a trace of disgust. It was as if changing a full-grown woman's diaper was just a normal part of her day.

Watching this was heartbreaking. Is this how Milk lives her life with her doctor? The sight was too painful and pitiful to bear. I suddenly ran to the washroom and cried. It's so damn hard to even supervise the care of a comatose patient. But Ciize—she never made Milk feel like a burden.

It's not a doctor's job to go to such lengths, but Ciize did. She cared for and attended to Milk as if they were family. Because that's what family does. Milk is helpless, and just observing it made me exhausted—so I can't imagine how it feels to be the one responsible for her care.

Ciize's dedication is nothing short of heroic. No physician, not even with the highest compensation, could match what Ciize was willing to do and sacrifice for her dear patient.

POV: Kapook

"Ms. Love, what brings you to my office?" I asked as she entered. She looked exhausted, and—if I wasn't mistaken—her eyes were swollen from crying.

"I can't take it. I can't bear to watch Milk's pitiful state, especially with her little doctor."

"So, now you're calling her a doctor, not a fake one?" I immediately noticed the shift in her tone.

"She's proven her point. But I still want her to pass a series of tests or examinations to gauge her knowledge and capacity as a physician."
