When Dandy was off on his elevator shift, I opened the cells of the containment chamber, corralling everyone out, encouraging them to be quick and quiet. Despite me working with Dandy, Sprout made no comment and just followed my orders.

We ran through the lab floor towards the exit, all of us having our minds set on Dandy's death. His choices were wrong from the start, and I shouldn't have fallen for his charismatic charm and glowing smile. I was pathetic, nothing but a hopeless romantic wishing for something that would never be real.

However, all of that would end today.

We entered the elevator, the door shutting behind us. I untied my blanket from my shoulders, instead wrapping it around the shattered gap in Vee's head. She flinched away from me at first (which I internally winced at), before allowing me to temporarily treat her injury.

The others would have to wait for help, though.

As the elevator traveled up the floors, slowly going up to the main lobby, I mentally told myself repeatedly that all of this that I had helped him with was wrong.

He was a sick, selfish bastard, and I fell right into his trap. He didn't even want to use the full amount of ichor required to completely heal the others after they died, instead only using the bare minimum to revive them and that being it!

A queazy feeling went through my stomach as I overlooked all that I had done for and with him. Side by side with that beautiful blossom....

That evil,... wicked,... backstabbing, beautiful blossom...

The elevator door opened.

Dandy was skipping towards the elevator door before stopping right in his tracks, silently staring at us. Sprout was in the front, the others and I behind him.

All Dandy did was stare at me as my pale blue arms each clenched their fists.

"I'm sorry, Dandy. But this has gone on long enough... I've seen through your lies, and I don't want to help you anymore. Immortality is not worth the cost of our friends... my friends, anyway. I don't know what you even see them as anymore. What  I do know is that they used to call you friend before you did this."

His frown slowly shifted into a smile. "So...round two already? Although, this circumstance isn't exactly what I was thinking would be the cause!"

I scoffed in disgust. "You don't get it, do you? As dumb as you are dashing." (Editor's Note: I cringed writing this) Dandy chuckled. "Aww, thank you, but what exactly do I not get? You think I didn't already know capturing Vee would get me no more gameshow prizes? Not that there were any left after Scraps, anyway...."

I walked forward, stopping when I was face to face with Dandy.

"We're going to kill you."

He smirked, not blinking an eye at what I said. "And how, exactly, my friend that I can't help but moon over?~"

I pulled a smoke bomb from underneath my cap, throwing it in his eyes. He gasped, coughing at the smoke and falling back.

This was the cue for Sprout and Pebble to run forward and end my ex-boyfriend's life.

"I'm sorry this had to happen, Dandy."
