Meeting

I entered the elevator going down to the lab, always making sure no one followed me. As I walked through the lab, I realized that Dandy must be off tending one of his stores, or something like that. He was a busy flower, after all.

I quickly ran over to the elevator that led to the containment floor, heading down and entering where they were. As soon as the elevator opened, all eyes were on me.

Pe3 growled from across the room. Sp4 glanced at the viewing window. When seeing no one there, he looked back at me threateningly. Ve1 scooted away, her glitching sounds sounding very scared. Sh2 tilted her head.

"Astro...?..what are you doing here? Dandy was going to test us next." Sh2- no, I'll use their real names when alone- Shelly said, a bit confused.

"I-I....I kinda...just w-wanted to talk to you guys...about...s-something......."

Sprout rolled his eye, smirking. "Oh, so in order to get people to listen to you vent, you have to kidnap them and run experiments on them? I pity you." I felt my face heat up. "T-That's not!- ugh..okay, I need to specify..... I want to let you guys go..."

Shelly brightened up, bouncing up and down, which caused Vee to flinch. "Oh! Yes! Yes, yes! This is exactly what we were talking about, guys! I told you Astro would help! He's not evil, hahah!" Sprout narrowed his eye at me.

"That's the problem. It's exactly what we were talking about. How would he know this? What if he overheard us and is just trying to gain our loyalty so he can stab us in the back again? Him and that stupid *ss rainbow flower."

Vee hesitated, before speaking in her broken glitched voice. "3v3n 1f h3 w3r3 t0 h3lp u5 35c4p3, wh3r3 w0uld w3 g0? 1t'5 n0t l1k3 w3'd b3 4cc3pt3d 1nt0 hum4n 50c13ty, 4nd w3 c3rt41nly c0uldn't r3m41n h3r3..." despite how soft her voice was, it stuck in all of our heads.

Vee was right. How could I help these four? Unless I actually did something, the tests would never cease, but even if I were to help them break out, there'd be no where for them to stay, unless......
