Chapter 19

I woke up to the sound of the door being busted open which was weird because I could have sworn we locked the door. I sat up with the covers over me because I was still naked. Ryder laid next to me not even stirring, I guess he was a deep sleeper.

In came Joel tapping a pen on a clipboard, "Well well well. You did manage to sneak in here didn't you? After I said no?"

"What can I say? I'm disobedient."

"Put some clothes on and wake up your boyfriend. Breakfast is in 10 minutes and then the festivites begin."

"Do I have to? Can't you let us sleep just a little longer?"

"If you wanted to sleep in you should have stayed home. Get dressed." With that he left

I laid back down and recounted what happened last night.

He kissed my neck then looked into my eyes, "I love you Tess."

I looked back at him, I was finally ready, "I love you Ryder."

I smiled and touched my lips, remembering what it felt like to have Ryder's lips in mine. I loved him.

The festivity included paintball tag, kayaking across the lake, capture the flag, flag football, and many other activities. But of course me being a lazy butt decided on a low key activity like painting.

I sat in the back of the room painting, I watched as the person up front directed us on how to paint a beach scenery. When the door to the hall we were in opened and in came a couple guys all shirtless. Ryder being one of them. He ran up to me and gave me a big sweaty hug.

"Hey bug." He mumbled into my hair

"God, you're so sweaty. But you look so good."

"Oh I know someone told me."

I frowned and backed away, "Uh what?"

"Yeah it was that girl Kelly she couldn't stay off me."

I narrowed my eyes at him, "Excuse me?"

"Yeah she kept touching me and stuff."

I slammed my paint brush splattering paint onto Ryder's abs. My nostrils were flaring, "And you think that's okay?" I asked

He looked at me with a dumb look, "Uh no?"

"I'll be back." I told him speed walking out

"Tess, wait!" He called but I didn't stop

I passed by a group of girls, I stopped in front of them, "Where is she?" I asked

"What?" They laughed

"Kelly?"

One of the girls pointed in the right direction, "Thanks."

"I wonder what she did?" I heard one of the girls ask. I smirked, they have no idea how bat shit crazy I can get.

I found Kelly on the soccer field balancing a ball on her head. Since she was shorter than I was I did a high kick, kicking the ball off of her head. She screamed and froze.

"Are you crazy?!" She shouted

"Are you? Keep you paws off my guy. Or else."

She smirked and crossed her arms, "Or else what?"

I could tell she was amused at how I approached her. I smiled before grabbing her ponytail and pushing her head into the garbage can.

I laughed holding her head, "Trash belongs with trash. Leave my man alone. Got it?"

"Yes."

"I couldn't hear you, what was that?"

"I said yes! Now get me out of this trash can!" She shouted angrily

I yanked her head out, she ran away to god knows where. I smiled happily, she won't be any more trouble now.

I walked back to the hall and looked for Ryder everywhere. I finally found him back in the cabin with a towel on which hung dangerously low. I bit my lip, god how did I get so lucky.

He turned around and smiled, "Hey."
