Chapter 36: Jarilo-VI Part I

The ship carrying Vettel and Jingliu, having left the Carribean Planet, makes its way to the harsh freeze planet of Jarilo-VI. The ship breaks through the atmosphere, the icy landscape soon coming into view. Vettel, his gaze fixed on the planet's surface, speaks to Jingliu, who stands beside him.

Vettel: "We're here. Let's make this quick.."

Jingliu, her eyes narrowing, nods in agreement.

Jingliu: "Indeed. Time is of the essence. We need to find what we're looking for and leave."

As the ship lands on the icy terrain of Jarilo-VI, Dan Heng, March 7th, Topaz, Numby, and Ruan Mei are waiting nearby. Vettel and Jingliu step out of their ship, the cold wind whipping about them. Dan Heng, upon seeing Vettel and Jingliu, raises an eyebrow.

Dan Heng: "You're here too?"

Vettel, his eyes scanning the group, responds neutrally.

Vettel: "We have our mission here. Didn't expect to run into you lot."

March 7th, her curiosity piqued, asks a question.

March 7th: "What kind of mission? If you don't mind me asking."

Jingliu, with a cold indifference in her voice, replies.

Jingliu: "It's confidential. You don't need to know the details."

Vettel: "We need to find the truth about Cocolia."

Vettel's words catch everyone's attention. Cocolia, the former guardian of Jarilo-VI, was a figure shrouded in mystery.

Dan Heng, his gaze fixed on Vettel, asks.

Dan Heng: "Why are you looking into Cocolia?"

Vettel, his expression stoic, replies.

Vettel: "She holds the key to a secret that could change everything about this planet. We need to find out the truth about her and her actions."

Ruan Mei, her curiosity piqued, asks another question.

Ruan Mei: "And what exactly is this 'secret' you speak of?"

Vettel, his voice low, cryptically answers.

Vettel: "It's something that could shift the power balance in the galaxy. The truth about Cocolia could have far-reaching implications, not just for this planet, but for the entire star rail. That's why we have to unravel the mystery."

Dan Heng, his expression contemplative, muses aloud.

Dan Heng: "Sounds like we have our reasons to learn more about Cocolia then. Maybe we're after the same thing."

Topaz, seeing the potential for cooperation, speaks up.

Topaz: "We may be chasing the same goal. If we join forces, we might be able to find out the truth about Cocolia faster and more efficiently."

Ruan Mei, her practicality coming through, adds.

Ruan Mei: "And with our combined resources, we might be able to handle whatever we encounter. This could be mutually beneficial."

Dan Heng, assessing the situation, nods his agreement.

Dan Heng: "Alright then. We'll join forces for now. It makes sense to work together given our shared objective."

March 7th, her youthful enthusiasm shining through, looks excited at the prospect.

March 7th: "Ooh, this is so cool! We're gonna solve a mystery together!"

Numby, the little pig-like creature, lets out a cheerful squeal, seemingly in agreement with March 7th's sentiment. Dan Heng, looking from March 7th to Numby, shakes his head slightly, a hint of amusement on his face. Numby, the small pig-like companion, squeaks loudly as if trying to alert the group to something. It looks intently at the surrounding area, its beady eyes darting around. Dan Heng, noticing Numby's behaviour, turns his attention to the creature.

Dan Heng: "What is it, Numby? Do you see something?"

Numby, as if understanding Dan Heng's question, squeaks again and points with its snout towards a distant location. The other group members follow Numby's pointed snout, trying to discern what the creature is indicating. Vettel, his sharp eyes taking in the surroundings, speaks up.

Vettel: "Looks like there's something over there, judging by Numby's reaction."

The group, their attention now drawn to the area Numby indicated, starts making their way towards it. They move cautiously, ready for any surprises that might come their way. As the group approaches a heavily fortified gate, guarded by Gepard, a stern-looking man belonging to the Landau family, he steps forward to block their path. His eyes scan the group, his demeanour wary.
