Seeing the intimate scene unfolding in front of her, Silver Wolf stifled a playful chuckle, her eyes dancing with amusement.
Silver Wolf: "Sorry to interrupt your little romantic rendezvous, but we got a problem."
Kafka and Blade, both flushed and a tad frustrated, turned their heads to look at her. They were both dishevelled, their expressions a mix of irritation and resignation.
Kafka, her voice slightly cool, asked.
Kafka: "This better be important, Silver Wolf. We're a bit...busy here."
Silver Wolf rolled her eyes, her grin widening as she leaned against the doorframe.
Silver Wolf: "Oh, I see that. But trust me, this is more important than your little love nest. The Stellaron Hunters have a new assignment for you two."
Blade, sighing, reluctantly pulled away from Kafka, his eyes filled with reluctant concession. He knew duty always came first, no matter how much he wanted to ignore it.
Blade: "What is it this time?"Silver Wolf, her eyes dancing with excitement, revealed.
Silver Wolf: "The Stellaron Hunters have tracked a fragment of the Stellaron on a faraway planet. We need you two to infiltrate the planet and retrieve it. The sooner the better."Kafka, who had somewhat composed herself, replied, her voice and expression now completely business-like.
Kafka: "Understood. We'll prepare for departure immediately. The Stellaron is our top priority."
Blade, his eyes narrowing a fraction, added.
Blade: "And you'll provide all necessary info, I assume?"
Silver Wolf nodded, her grin never leaving her face.
Silver Wolf: "Of course. I've already uploaded the mission details into your data pads. Read up on the way. Now, don't be late, you lovebirds. Duty calls."
With that, Silver Wolf gave them a mocking salute and disappeared out the door, leaving Kafka and Blade alone once more. The moment of passion had faded and now all that remained was the urgency of their mission. Kafka and Blade exchanged a glance, their expressions a mixture of resignation and determination. They had a mission to complete and the rest would have to wait. With a quiet sigh, they began preparing for departure, both of them silently cursing Silver Wolf's impeccable timing.
****Back to Vettel, March 7th, Dan Heng, Jingliu. They say goodbye to Luocha and Sushang. Vettel, as the leader of the group, spoke first, his deep voice calm but solemn.
Vettel: "We must part ways here. Luocha and Sushang, you have your missions to fulfil."
Luocha, his expression unreadable beneath his serene smile, nodded.
Luocha: "Indeed. May the stars guide your path."
Sushang, her cheerful demeanour dampened slightly by the gravity of the moment, replied.
Sushang: "Stay safe out there."
The group exchanged nods and farewells, a silent understanding passing between them. Even though they were going their separate ways, they were all united by the cause they served. Vettel, his eyes fixed on Luocha and Sushang, said.
Vettel: "We'll complete the mission. Until we meet again."
March 7th, her voice firm and determined, added her farewell.
March 7th: "We'll carry this mission to the end. Stay safe and may your paths lead you to light."
Dan Heng, his expression as stern and focused as ever, gave a curt nod in agreement.
Dan Heng: "We will succeed. We'll see you both soon."
Jingliu, the only one who had been silent until now, finally spoke, her voice quiet yet full of confidence.
Jingliu: "Farewell. Remember what we fight for."
The group - Vettel, March 7th, Dan Heng, and Jingliu - then turned to leave, setting out towards the task that lay ahead. Luocha and Sushang watched them go, a mix of hope and worry in their eyes. The group's departure left behind an air of quiet resolve, each member ready to face whatever obstacles stood in their way. The journey to Zyronia, a distant and mysterious planet, was a long one. The group - Vettel, March 7th, Dan Heng, and Jingliu - travelled through the vast expanse of space aboard a small, but well-armed ship. The ship's interior was sparse but comfortable, providing them with all the essentials they would need for the mission. During the voyage, the group took the time to brief each other on what little they knew about Zyronia and to prepare for whatever they might encounter when they arrived. The ship's AI announced their arrival at Zyronia, and the group braced themselves for whatever was waiting for them on the planet's surface. The ship's landing gears extended, and the vessel touched down on the alien soil, its engines powering down as it settled in place. A hiss of hydraulics filled the air as the ship's main door slowly opened, revealing the foreign terrain of Zyronia. The air was cold, the atmosphere thin, and the surroundings, though alien, were stunningly beautiful. Vettel, his eyes scanning the unfamiliar surroundings, spoke first, his voice low and determined.
Vettel: "This is it. Zyronia. Let's proceed with caution. We don't know what we're facing."
