 Link's Perspective-

Zelda was trying to teach Link how to crochet while the movie Aladdin played in the background.

"You're getting better! Nice!" Zelda smiled and Link smiled a bit.

He puts the needles down to rest his hands and checks his phone. His eyes widened when he saw a couple messages from Sidon.

"Oooooo~" Zelda smirked and Link glared at her.

She sticks out her tongue and grabs her hair tie to finish Link's braid.

Link stared at his phone before shutting it.

"What? What did he say?"

"I don't want to know."

"What if he wants to talk to you?"

Link sighs, "I- I don't know. I feel bad for bringing up his sister."

"You didn't know what happened."

"But- "

Zelda grabbed his phone and Link gasped, trying to grab it.

Zelda laughed and dodged him, trying to figure out his password.

Link quickly grabbed his phone from her. Zelda noticed it unlocked and snatched it back.

"Wha- HEY! Zelda, stop!"

Zelda went to call and Link tackled her.

They fell down and Link's phone started dialing someone.

Link gasped and Zelda laughed, Link grabbed his phone when the person picked up.

"Link?"

"Yeah?" Link was a bit out of breath.

Zelda smirked and Link shot her a glare.

"You okay? You sound out of breath."

"I- I'm okay uh- Tulin?"

"Yeah, it's me."

Zelda frowned when she heard that, her plans failed.

Link smirked and Zelda rolled her eyes.

"Sorry, Zelda's messing with me."

"Yeah get him Zelda!"

Link sighed, "I swear you two hate me."

Tulin laughed.

"Anyway- I gotta go." Tulin said.

"Okay, bye- "

"Oh hey! Your swimmer boyfriend is here."

"What?" Link blushed a bit but was more confused at where Sidon was, "Where are you?"

"At the grocery store. He's with his mom, I think."

"What is he- "

"For someone who claims he doesn't like him, you see awfully curious about his life."

Link sighs, "Alright whatever."

"No- wait it was a joke!" Tulin laughed and Link chuckled, hanging up.

Tulin's Perspective-

Tulin whistled as he walked into the store. He had to get eggs because they ran out and his mother wanted to make a cake for his father, as his birthday was tomorrow.

Tulin strolled past Sidon and a lady who appeared to be his mother, walking a bit slower to try and hear what was going on (because he felt a little nosy— sorry, Sidon.)

"I'm gonna try and find the medicine your father needs; why don't you go pick out something you like? I wanna make you feel better." Sidon's mother said.

Sidon smiled softly.

"Alright, I'll be in the snack aisle."

Sidon started to walk to aisle 6 and jumped when he saw Tulin.

Tulin smiled awkwardly.

"Uh- hi. You're that swimmer dude, right? The one that's friends with Link?" Tulin asked.

"Oh- yeah, that's me." Sidon tried to smile.

"I'm Tulin, I went to see your big match."

"Glad you did, we needed the support!" Sidon smiled more genuinely, "Now it's just the championship in sight."

Tulin nods.

"So... you know Link?" Sidon questioned.

"Yeah." Tulin replied, "Why?"

"Just- just wondering. I...need to talk to him."

Tulin frowns when he notices how Sidon seems nervous.

"Seems you two have trouble communicating."

"Well- he does too, he didn't talk to me at all when we first met."

"It's not just him, you know." Tulin pointed out.

"I'm not saying it's just him- "

"Maybe you have to figure out how to talk to yourself first."

"Talk to myself?" Sidon blinks, looking surprised.

"You know, like...like learning how to open up to yourself and not hide it from everyone."

Sidon opened his mouth to speak but shut it again.

Tulin smiles a bit.

"Hit home?" He asked.

Sidon looked down before nodding.

"I would say talk to him. Something that Link told me when I first started fencing is that accepting a lose or the fact that you may struggle with something is the biggest win."

Tulin snatched up a cartoon of eggs and went to check out, leaving a buffering Sidon in the aisle.

I hope that advice makes sense because rn I'm kinda struggling lol
