The Fellowship stood by the shores of the Anduin river. The bright sun shone beautifully above them, making the water behind them sparkle as it flowed down and over rocks. The refreshing breeze made the tree branches move as if the trees themselves were dancing, saying farewell to the Fellowship in their own way.

Three boats awaited behind them, floating in the calm waters of Anduin. With them they would continue on their journey, leaving the Golden Wood behind.

Eliriel spotted Lord Celeborn approaching them with Aragorn by his side. While Lady Galadriel appeared together with a party of elves that seemed to carry food and supplies.

Only when Aragorn joined them did Celeborn start to speak. His strong voice towered over any other sound of the river.

"Never before have we clad strangers in the garb of our own people. May these cloaks help shield you from unfriendly eyes." He said as several elves put the cloaks on the Fellowship. They were a deep green color clasped together with a leaf-shaped brooch.

Galadriel now gazed upon the Fellowship. "You all hold the fate of all Middle-Earth in your hands, such is your destiny." Her eyes meet Eliriel's for a moment. "If you stray but a little, doom will come for us all. But, do not loose your courage. Know that you go with the blessing of the Lord and Lady of Light with you."

Galadriel slowly approached Legolas.

"My gift for you, Legolas, is a bow of the Galadhrim. Worthy of the skill of our Woodland kin." She spoke softly as Legolas took the bow in his hands and admired its beauty and design.

The Lady smiled before moving on to Merry and Pippin. "These are the daggers of the Noldorin. They have already seen service in war." She said and gave the daggers to the two hobbits.

Her gaze stayed on Pippin for a moment. "Do not fear, young Peregrin Took." The hobbit looked up at her. "You will find your courage."

Next was Sam, who bowed slightly as the Lady turned to him. "And to you Samwise Gamgee, elven rope made of hithlain." She gave him the rope which Sam accepted. "Thank you my lady." He said, before looking at Merry and Pippin inspecting their daggers and hesitantly asked. "Have you...run out of those nice, shiny daggers?"

"Sam..." Eliriel whispered.

"Right, sorry."

Lady Galadriel smiled and moved on. Now standing in front of Gimli. "And what gift would a dwarf ask of the elves?" She asked gently.

"Nothing." He answered before slowly looking up at the Lady. "Except to look upon the Lady of the Galadhrim one last time. For she is more fair than all the jewels beneath the earth."

Galadriel's angelic laughter was carried by the air. Her smile was so bright, it shone brighter than the stars themselves.

Eliriel could see the pink hue on the dwarf's cheeks and smiled to herself.
