Chapter 14: Close

Amelia woke up to the feeling of kisses being feathered along her neck as fingers grazed a sore spot on her neck. Her eyes flew open. Last night she had let the twins mark her, and she marked them. The mate bond had officially been sealed and they were hers. She looked to her side to find the source of the kissing and Josiah smiled at her "Good morning little wolf, sleep well?" He asked her gently and she smiled at him sleepily.

Then she noticed the marking spot where she had bitten. Her canine bite had left the shape of a crescent moon and it was the same blue as her eyes, and the veins on his neck around the bite were a soft white. Her hand instinctively went up to her neck and will chuckled from behind her.

Go take a look angel Will's voice rang clear in her head and she turned to face him shocked. The mind link they shared through the bond sounded like he was actually talking to her. I can hear you she linked him back and he chuckled before speaking aloud. "You're suppose to angel." Lia nodded and got up to go to her bathroom and check her marks. Her eyes widened as they came into view, the one will had done was in the same shape as hers but a stark green color, and Josiah's was a soft blue.

She blushed as she looked at them, remembering the night prior. Josiah came up behind her wrapping his arms around her waist as he kissed her mark, Mine he linked her and she filled with warmth. As she turned around and hugged him burying her head in his chest. He chuckled as he smoothed her hair. "I have to get ready for class." Lia said as she looked at the twins. They nodded and headed back to their dorm to get ready as well.

Since it was Tuesday she didn't have to wear her uniform today. As she searched her closet she found a nice pair of grey leggings, she paired them with a white tank crop top and a black sleeve sweater crop. She finished off the look with a pair of black sneakers and pulled her long blonde hair into a braid. She grabbed her bag and stepped out of her dorm as the twins emerged from their room. Will wore a black T-shirt with a pair of faded grey jeans. Josiah sported a white t shirt and a dark pair of blue jeans. They were both dressed casually but they made it look good.

They looked at her outfit appreciatively and they were off to the next class of the week. It was Tuesday so it was science, and as they walked to her class she felt a little anxious to get there. Since she had art alone she knew she would be surrounded by plenty of wolves today, luckily her mates would be with her this time. Upon entering the class she saw at least 20 people which was a lot more than she had been use to seeing in her old schools.

The room was built arena style with bleacher like flooring with desks stacked on top and the teachers desk was stage center at the front of the class room. It looked like a lot of college teaching rooms she had seen in movies. Her and the twins sat somewhat in the middle but closer to the front of the class. The girl in front of us turned around to say something but she saw me with the twins and froze "who's this?" She asked as she pouted looking at Josiah.

Lia looked at him but he rolled his eyes at the girl "Rose this is Lia my Mate." He said putting emphasis on the word mate. Her frown deepened further. "But Sie look at her, she's short and looks weak." Said the girl as Lia felt her cheeks begin to burn with embarrassment. The girl stood up at that moment and she had to of been 5'10" with a muscular build from the years of training she had gotten. Lia got angry at that moment.

"Excuse me." Amelia said as she stood up too. Luckily she was taller than the girl only thanks to the floor being raised. "I'm right here, don't speak of me as if I am not." Lia seethed as the girl look at her confused and then she laughed "She wolf i will speak to who i want to. This is between me and Josiah." She sneered. Lia had heard enough as she moved the collar of her sweater to the side she proudly produced her two marks. "They are my mates. They don't need to speak to you." She said with a proud smile on her face as she other girls eyes grew.

"Both of them?" She said as she stared at the two marks. Lia's smile grew even bigger "both of them." She confirmed. The girl turned red with anger but still she turned and sat down. Lia breathed a sigh of relief and went to sit back down before Josiah linked her Go stand outside the classroom he said and she nodded. She worried she'd said something wrong or done the wrong thing but as she waited for Josiah to come out.

Once he did he looked at her as he closed the door and then slowly walked towards her. He then grabbed her throat and pushed her against the wall devouring her lips with his. She let out a soft groan that he covered as he pushed his tongue into her mouth growls coming from his chest.

She felt herself get wet and he could smell the arousal on her as his eyes darkened and he pushed himself away. She stood there breathlessly as she stared at him. He smiled at her "The way you stood up to her and claimed me, claimed both of us. Little wolf you had me aching to be inside you again and claim you all over." He looked at her hungrily and went to move forward again a throat clearing had them turning their heads fast.

It was the teacher. Lia blushed embarrassed at what he might have heard but he shook his head at them. "Mr. Branton, Miss Norwood. If you'd both please enter the class and return to your seats. We have a lot of curriculum to go through today." And with that they both hurried inside.

The rest of the time she had no more run in's with she wolves. The day seemed to be going good and the class she didn't mind, she was decent at science and her love of learning kept her from passing out at the length of the lesson. Lunch had finally rolled around and as everyone else was getting ready to leave the twins went to the front of the class to talk to the teacher probably about something in the course, or what happened in the hall between her and Josiah.

She blushed at the thought but shook her head as she headed out of the class. She stopped at she looked out towards the street and saw a black car. She froze in place thinking back to her vision she had, had. She watched it for a little bit but there was no sign of life. Just as she was about to give up on freaking herself out the door opened and out stepped a huge man. He stared at her confused and she stared back.

Suddenly the door behind her bursted open and the twins came out huffing from running as they looked and saw what she was staring at. The man got back into his car and left. He knew that she knew what they were going to do, and the plan would now change. She pleaded to the moon goddess for another vision when the time came. To please protect her.

"What were you thinking Lia?" Asked Josiah "They could have taken you!" Said Will all she did was stare at them "The plan will change. He knew I knew. He could sense it." She whispered at them and they visibly tensed "Hopefully you'll have a new vision to see what happens. We can't do this going in without some guidance." Will said with strained worry in his voice.

"Promise you'll wait for us from now on little wolf." Pleaded Josiah and she nodded. They headed to lunch with their nerves in a bundle.
