INT. THE AJAYI'S HOUSEHOLD.
"Mrs. Ajayi welcomes Mr. Ajayi home."
Mrs. AJAYI
Okomi, welcome.
Mr. AJAYI
Thank you, Ifemi.
(Sits on the couch and turns to the maid.)
Get me a glass of water.
Mrs. AJAYI
Oya, be fast!
"The maid rushes out of the room."
Mr. AJAYI
I got a call from Tunde earlier, but I couldn't answer.
Mrs. AJAYI
Oh, yes, he called me too. I told him you were in an important meeting with His Excellency.
Mr. AJAYI
(Takes the glass of water from the maid.)
So why did he call?
Mrs. AJAYI
(Turns to the maid.)
Thank you.
You can leave.
(Watches the maid walk out of the room then turns to Mr. Ajayi.)
It's about Kemi.
Mr. AJAYI
(Drops the empty glass on the glass table)
What about her?
Mrs. AJAYI
(Breaths heavy)
Efe reached out to her.
Mr. AJAYI
What?
But how?
His in prison.
Mrs. AJAYI
I don't know but somehow, he found a way to reach out to her.
But Tunde was able to stop them from meeting.
Mr. AJAYI
Thank God.
Because she can not be seen with him that might implicate me and the government.
Mrs. AJAYI
I know that is why I am happy Tunde was able to stop her.
But I was thinking what if we bring her back here that way, we can reduce their chances of meeting.
Mr. AJAYI
Why?
Mrs. AJAYI
What do you mean by why?
Can't you see that the boy is not in The US by chance?
He followed our daughter there and it's obvious that he is the stubborn type what if he finds a way to get to her?
Mr. AJAYI
That will never happen, I will make sure of it.
I didn't just send her there to keep her from that idiot I sent her there to manage our business over there.
Mrs. AJAYI
Ahh, I thought that was your plan for Dayo.
"Dayo eavesdrops on their conversation on his way to his room from the kitchen."
Mr. AJAYI
I should leave my business to that irresponsible rat.
Over my dead body.
Mrs. AJAYI
Ah, honey don't say that.
He is still a child who will learn as time goes on.
Mr. AJAYI
Please enough of Dayo.
Left to me, he wouldn't inherit a dime from me, but he is my blood.
(Gets up)
I will be in my room.
(Walks out of the room)

"The priest preaches."
PRIEST
And a man with an unforgiving spirit cannot make heaven.
Luke 6:37
"For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you."
So, whoever you are in this congregation that is holding grudges against anyone, it could be a friend, a family member, or as the case may be. It is our Lord's wish that you let go of them.
"Tiga and his boys take out their guns and open fire at everyone in the church. The priest is shot in the chest."
"Zino and Zara rush to the bleeding priest."
ZINO
Father, stay with me.
(Applies pressure to his bleeding chest.)
"Everyone begins to run."
ZARA
(Zara turns to Zino)
Who are they?
ZINO
Isn't it obvious?
They came for us.
(Lift the rugs near the pulpit and break the lock to the underground bunker.)
SISTER TOBE
What are you doing, sister Zino?
"Zino ignores her and goes into the bunker."
ZARA
We have to pull Father Patrick inside there.
"Sister Tobe attempts to lift Father Patrick's body alongside Zara."
SISTER TOBE
His too heavy
(Breaths heavily)
DEJA
Move away.
(Assist Zara in taking Father Patrick's body into the bunker.)

INT. THE BUNKER
"Sister Tobe is shocked by the sights of guns of different sizes and brands."
SISTER TOBE
What in the name of Jesus is this?
ZINO
We have no time to explain, Sister Tobe.
No matter what happens, do not come out of this bunker till we instruct you to do so.
Take this.
(Gives her a small gun)
Protect yourself in case they manage to get in here.
SISTER TOBE
(In fright and tears)
No, I can't.
ZARA
You have no choice, Sister.
You need to protect yourself!
SISTER TOBE
No, the lord will not forgive me.
I can't kill a soul.
ZARA
The Lord will understand that you are just protecting yourself!
SISTER TOBE
No!
I will not be part of this.
DEJA
We have to go guys; they are closing in on us.
ZINO
(Drops the gun close to Sister Tobe)
The choice is yours but if I were you, I would use this if necessary.
(Climbs out of the bunker alongside Zara and Deja.)
