I'm so bad at this. All I do is lift some stuff for the booth, but other than that, parang wala na akong naitutulong.

Auria's holding the clipboard where the list of supplies are, because she's in charge of inventory.

"Guys, if gusto niyong mag-ikot ikot, you're free to do so ha, okay naman na ang booth natin, a few set ups na lang," sabi ni Allissa.

Even with their permission, I stayed at our booth, accompanying the girls if they need anything because the boys went out to socialize with the other students.

I'm standing behind her, ready to extend my help whenever needed.

"Yup. I'll stay with you, guys," I told her.

She acknowledged my initiative with a little laugh and a nod.

It's getting busier by the second, people starting to fill the open area with their own tents.

Because I was standing behind Auria, I have a clear view of the little trinkets in her hair. Kinuwento niya pa 'yan sa akin na each day of welcome week, iba ibang hair clips and hairstyles ang gagawin niya.

Today's the first day, and she's got loose, straight hair, with kinda small pigtails on each side? Ugh, I don't know what they're called. Basta manipis na buhok lang niya ang naka-pigtails na may pink ribbon clips sa ibabaw at may iba't ibang kulay na tinsels, and the rest are let down, flowing on her back.

It's amusing to see how creative she is with her looks. Wala man akong alam sa fashion sense ng babae, but I know she's got good taste.

My intrusive thoughts won when I, out of nowhere, tried touching the ribbon clips on her hair.

Akala ko magagalit siya, but I heard her laughing.

"Why are you playing with my hair clips?" she chuckled.

"Nothing.

"Yup, they're perfect."

You can see it from up there eh," she made the last part sound like a joke.

"Alright, Ma'am. I'll be on hair watch for today," I said, making her laugh.

"Thank you!

"Uy! Narinig ko 'yon! Excited ako!" Amelie butted in.

"Pero for now, booth duties muna!

Every person who tries to participate in our booth activities are being guided by the girls.

A few hours in to the event, I noticed Auria excused herself from the booth.
