Our thing is to do a picnic to catch up. It's always been like this.
Dale seemed more hyped than usual to tell us something, I wasn't sure the last time I had seen her so happy.
Once we settled down, we looked at her because she had been dying to tell us.
"Guys, uhm.." she trailed off.
"Thomas and I are... Dating." She covered her face, just by bringing it up she was blushing. Amy started squealing and I looked shocked as I looked at her.
"When did this happen?" I asked but amy responds for Dale.
"At the firework festival, right?" Dale nods which makes amy scream even more.
"I knew it, I knew it!" I look between them a bit confused.
"Am I missing something."
Amy grind wider.
"I left the two of them alone and I think that's when it all happened." Dale nods, she was shy. I smiled honestly a bit glad and happy for her.
"Anyway, how's things with you two?" Dale asks as Amy laughs.
"Me and max are fine as usual." Amy and max had to be the most healthiest couple ever, they both look at me waiting for me to respond. I could easily say that me and Tiago are fine but that wouldn't be the truth.
"I don't... Love Tiago." I blurted out, expecting them to be shocked but they showed little to no reaction making me continue.
"I don't feel anything towards him, and I don't know what to do. I think the only reason I said yes was to spite matthew, but he doesn't even seem like he cares!" I exclaim and when I say it out loud I truly do feel bad.
"Do you love matthew?" Amy asks, catching me off guard.
"I-I dont know! It's so confusing, I hate him for kissing me and I feel embarrassed but at the same time I don't know how I feel about him." I explain, I honestly expect them to say I was being foolish but they don't, they scoot closer to me and pat me on the back, comforting me.
"Love isn't to be known, it is to be felt." Dale smiled.
