Matthew
Ever since then, I haven't tried to approach her or talk to her. Though it partially drives me insane. I still have to learn to keep my distance like I once did. I don't know when it was that I became so attacthed to her, or when that I wanted to be with her all the time. But I know I need to stop.
I know I do.
"Hey matthew" there's a flirty tone in that insufferable voice that makes me not want to turn around to find out who it was.
"Hey. Emily." My voice is a bit colder.
"Where's thomas?" I ask because she's usually bugging him and not me.
"I don't know." She twirls her hair seemingly a bit bored.
I guess he finally opened his eyes.
"Good for him." I mutter which catches her attention.
"What?"
"Nothing." She stops raising her eyebrow before that flirtatious smile returns.
"Look, I've been wondering..." She looked down, blushing. Oh god, she was going to do what I think she was, wasn't she?
"We know eachother for a long time, so what do you say that.. we go out?" She looks up at me, knowing I'd say yes like the rest of her boys.
And I wanted to prove her wrong, I wanted to flat out reject her in front of everyone. But I didn't, I couldn't. No matter how much I hated her, she was my only chance of moving on from norita.
"Sure. Why not." I hated saying those words. Part of me wanted to vomit but I couldn't.
I fake a smile and her eyes gleam.
May lord save me.
