Dale

"Why does he have to tag along." Norita frowns, looking at Thomas by my side while she held my arm.
"Better question is, why does she have to go with you to breakup with your boyfriend." Thomas says a bit nonchalantly. I stood in between them trying to laugh.
"I need my moral support." She glares as I sigh.
Soon we reach the spot where norita had asked Tiago to meet. He seems surprised by me and Thomas's presence but keeps quiet. His smile fades and it seemed like he knew what was coming.
The reason norita brought me here wasn't because she needed moral support but also because I asked to come with her, there were rumors about tiago and how he treated girls who tried to break up with him in the past. I wanted her to be safe...
"Look, tiago. It isn't working between us, let's breakup." Norita tried to be brief but tiago grit his teeth in annoyance, his true colors showing slightly.
"Oh, is that why you brought them with you? Can't break up with me alone?"
I frown at his words.
Tiago was known to be charming but then become violent.
"Look, just back of-"
"Shut up." Tiago's eyes burn at me, making me gulp down a lump in throat.
"Why you piece of-" he reaches out to me, it seemed like he was losing his composure slowly and wanted to hurt me, but before he could, Thomas gripped his hands tightly, not allowing him to touch me.
"I don't care how hurt you are, but you're not taking it out on her." Their eyes had a battle of their own.
"Protective, are we?"
"Only over her." Tiago pulls back his arm
"Fine then." looking at all of us before walking away.
Once he's gone, norita looks at me a bit apologetically
"Are you okay? I'm sorry You had to come here." I shook my head, smiling.
"I'm glad I came, god knows what would happen if I didn't." I look up over my shoulder, Thomas patted my head.
"Thank you for coming too." I smile up at him, he returns the smile before leaning down closer.
"I know you didn't need me to protect you anyway."
