Chapter 29

"Girlfriend?"

I stare at this gorgeous creature in shock. He's standing in front of me now. Pleading me with his eyes. His gorgeous green eyes. I stare at him, until a smile breaks across my face. I jump at him, grabbing either side of his face, and locking my lips with his. Our lips move in sync, fitting perfectly together, like we were supposed to be together. I feel him smile under my lips. He groans in the back of his throat, then pulls back, as I look at him in shock.

"What!?" I ask, falling back onto my butt in front of him. All he does is smile at my "cuteness" as he put it.

"Nothing. We just need to get back to Cody and get their food." I frown and sigh, knowing he's right. We get up and head back to the cafe. We get the food then go back to the room, everyone is back in there now. I pass out the food then decide to tell them.

"Guys?" I say, getting their attention. "I-uhm- Me and Stevie and Katherine are....." I look down and rub the back of my neck. "Moving. Going back with Eric. Maybe."

"WHAT!" Everyone yells at the same time. I jump at their suddenness.

"Eric came to the house yesterday and said that he has 'custody' over us, but I thought that Genny did after my parents--- I mean after we came I thought she and Ben got custody?" Everyone gives me weird looks at my almost slip. We decide to call Genny and put her on speaker and ask her.

"Hello?"

"Genny? It's Lauren."

"Oh hi sweetie! What's wrong? Is everything ok?" I smile.

"Well yes and no. This isn't about Cody." I hear her sigh on the other end.

"Go ahead then what's wrong?"

I then told her the whole story, "Genny? Do you and Ben have custody over me and my siblings? I don't plan on leaving yet?" She lets out a small chuckle.

"Yes we do. I don't know why Eric thinks he does. You are not leaving. Don't plan on it. Unpack your bags, hun. Cause you aint leavin'!" She states, her country accent coming out a bit. I smile.

"Yeah! Thank you thank you thank you!"

"You're very welcome hun. Bye bye now."

"Bye Genny."

I look around at everyone's smiling faces, except for Jeremiah, he's frowning. I look at Cole, who looks contempt with him self. I talk to him with my eyes, telling him to talk to Jeremiah. Finally he gives in, groaning and pulling him self out of his chair, and smacking his brother in the back of the head, telling him to follow him. Then go out in the hallway to talk.

"What was that all about?" Cody asks. I look at him and smile.

"I grew a pair and told him." I say, grinning.

"What! For real? Finally! Wait so why is he talking to Jeremiah?" He asks, confused. I lean over to whisper that me and Jer were dating.

"Ooooooooh!" Cody says, nodding.

"Wait! Ooooooh what? I wanna know!" Jade, Adam, and Jacob yell at the same time, wanting to know mine and Cody's secret. I roll my eyes.

"Me and Jeremiah were dating, but now me and Cole are." Everyone smiles real big.

"No way! That's amazing!" Jade squeals. I grin at her happiness. Me and Jade have gotten closer since Cody's been in the hospital, I kinda like it. Having someone not hate you 24/7.

Suddenly we hear screaming and yellin. Then hear glass shatter.
