"Doubt thou the stars are fire; Doubt that the sun doth move;
Doubt truth to be a liar; But never doubt I love."
― William Shakespeare

She don't do knapsacks or bag packs. She do Chanel.

She no longer had the chance to rummage or select her clothes through her entire closet to pick an outfit as she took whatever was at the front of her wardrobe and unceremoniously stuffed it into her Chanel 22 bag, the biggest handbag that she had.

She took a quick shower, didn't even bother to use a blower on her hair, and just changed into another simple skirt and blouse. This time, she took about five minutes to choose what to wear. She reasoned to herself that she couldn't let herself looked like a hag the second time again today. Once a month is already more than enough for Ling to see her that way.

She was hurrying as she stepped her way down the stairs only to find her parents and her brother, King convening in the dining room, they were probably about to eat.

"Dear, you're here. I had the maid knock on your door but no one was answering so i thought you were out with Charlotte."  Her mom said and Orm walks toward her mom to kiss her along with her Dad. While she ruffled King's hair before she poured some cold water into her glass. She's getting thirsty with all of these frantic running.

"No mum, i'll stay with Ling tonight." She said as nonchalantly as possible as she bid goodbye to her mom and dad who violently turned to her. She almost cursed in front of her parents because she almost got splashed by the water King was drinking, who sputtered his drink after hearing what she said .  Her parents couldn't even believe what they heard and asked her for confirmation.

"Ling? Like Atty. Sirilak Kwong?" Her Father tried to ask, stressing each words to be sure that her daughter fully understood his question and Orm almost rolled her eyes. She undertand why it's so hard to believe since Ling is her sworn enemy.

She nodded as answer and tried to summarize what happened, "She's currently in the University clinic. She was unconcious and has fever. Someone contacted me.  She set me as her emergency contact."

King felt like he's in whiplash. Wait, things are happening so fast. Earlier in the morning, he was teasing his sister to fix her face because obviously, his sister was a lovesick loser moping for two weeks straight, and now, it turns out they were together with her ex girlfriend, but the twist was that they were in the hospital because Jiejie was sick? A plot twist after plot twist after plot twist. Who even write his sister's love story? Stephen King?

"How's Jiejie? Is she okay?" He asked, He couldn't hold back his question anymore, and his sister looked at him, brows furrowed while mouthing the word Jiejie. King shrugged. That's what P'Ling told him to call her.

"She is. She just needs rest. Mom, Pa, I really need to go. "She said after drinking her water and rush outside their dining room.

"Take care! Send me an update, okay?" Mae Koy shouted at her daughter's retreating form and Orm responded with a faint Okay when she was already at the door. Her parents just worriedly glance at each other but trusted Orm to do what she wants. She's already old enough to decide for her self.
