They spent the next few hours planning. They strategised, plotted, and prepared. By the time the sun began to set, they had a solid plan ready. Thomas felt a shiver of excitement and nervousness. The party was about to start, and they were ready to make it one Newt would never forget.

They parted ways to prepare for the party. Thomas went back to his apartment and showered and dressed. He picked out his favourite black jeans and a dark green shirt, with a leather jacket. hoping to blend into the background.

He tied his shoelaces and looked at himself in the mirror. He looked confident and ready, but he couldn't shake the feeling of anxiety that lingered in the pit of his stomach.

As he walked to the party, he mentally rehearsed the plan. He knew what to do, and he knew how to act. But he also knew that anything could go wrong. And he couldn't let that happen. He had to be on his A-game tonight. They just needed to lure newts friends away from him so they could strike, easy.

When he arrived at the cabin, he was greeted by the sight of students dressed in casual, but fancy clothes, holding drinks in their hands and laughing with each other. The place looked like a scene from a movie, with its dimly lit rooms, flickering candles, and loud music playing in the background.

Newt was standing at the bar, a drink in his hand. He was surrounded by his friends, Minho , alby, Ben, and a few others. They were laughing and joking with each other, looking like they were having a great time.

Thomas scanned the crowd, looking for Teresa. He finally caught sight of her in the corner, talking to a group of students he didn't recognise. She was dressed in a short blue dress that brought out her eyes. She looked stunning. Thomas heart skipped a beat.

He made his way over to her, his heart beating faster with each step. When he reached her, he tapped her on the shoulder. "Hi, Teresa." He said, trying to keep his voice steady.

"Oh! Hey Tom." She smiled. "Have you seen newt and the others yet?" She had a toothy grin, her cheeks were flushed, and she a red solo cup in her hand.

Thomas eyebrows furrowed a little. It almost looked like she came early to drink. She wasn't drunk... right? why would she be? Why would she come early just to drink? Thomas shook his head and pushed his thoughts to the side.

He nodded. "Yeah, I saw them by the bar. The three of them looked like they were having a good time." he said, a hint of bitterness in his voice.

Teresa nodded in response. "That's typical of them," she said. "Always trying to make themselves the centre of attention. But don't worry, we'll be the ones having the last laugh tonight." Her eyes sparkled with determination, and Thomas felt a surge of admiration for her.

Her words gave him a boost of confidence. He looked around the room, trying to re-spot the annoying boys. He saw Newt surrounded by girls and his friends, laughing and joking, having fun. He felt a twinge of anger but pushed it aside.

Teresa nudged him, bringing him back to reality. "Come on, let's get closer. We need to be within earshot incase Newt mentions his plan." she said, grabbing his arm and pulling him towards the bar.

Thomas stumbled slightly, trying to keep up with Teresa. He felt nervous, being so close to Newt and his friends, but he knew it was essential for their operation.

As they approached the bar, Thomas saw Newt notice them and smirk. He leaned towards his posse, muttering something in their ears, and then all of them burst into laughter. Thomas's heart pounded in his chest.

It was too late to back down now. He had to stay focused, even if Newt was being condescending as ever. He took a deep breath and straightened his shoulders, standing tall beside Teresa.
