Kazuya scowled like an angry child as Heihachi brought the four of them to the spa. Lee was laughing the whole time, pushing Kazuya towards the front desk when they entered.
"Come on, lighten up, Spiky," Lee chuckled. "We're getting free spa treatments!"
"I don't want anything at his expenses..." Kazuya grumbled. "I have my own money."
Lars sighed. "Come on, Kaz. A reason to hang out with us!"
"You three, I'm fine, but him?!" Kazuya piped up. "No."
Jin was just as grumpy, though he did it much more silently compared to his father. Lars placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Lighten up, Fringey," Lars said. "Free spa treatments!"
Jin mumbled something and turned away. Just then, Steve walked in with the rest of his grinning family. That got Jin's attention as he rushed over to meet them.
"Wait, you guys are coming too?" Jin said in surprise.
Steve smirked. "Yep. Your mother is treating us since we kept our end of the bargain."
"Bargain?" Jin said, surprised. "What bargain?"
"Housing Heihachi was our end of the bargain," Nina explained. "Steve made a pact with her."
Jin shook his head in surprise. "You did that just for spa treatments? Had you come to me, I would have paid you more for not allowing him to stay with you."
"Come on, we didn't do it for the spa treatments alone," Adam added. "This is just an added bonus!"
Steve nodded. "Yeah, we actually refused at first, I was just joking when I asked her."
"Didn't seem like it when you were gloating about it," Shasha snitched as she walked past them with Jun and Amber.
"Dude, seriously?" Steve groaned. "You're getting free treatments too!"
Jun chuckled when she met up with Kazuya. "Promise you'll be good?"
Kazuya sighed. "So long as he doesn't try to do anything that might endanger us."
"Kazuya, let's go!" Heihachi called, patting his shoulder with a grin.
"Like that," Kazuya scowled. "See, he's endangering us!"
"Oh, Kazuya," Jun laughed. "How is that endangering? He's just calling you! It's endearment, not endangerment."
Jin walked up too and the two men bade Jun farewell before going after a laughing Lee and Lars.
Jun sighed as she turned to Shasha and Amber. "I certainly hope they don't end up blowing the place up."
"Why did you let them go if you're scared about it yourself," Shasha groaned.
Jun shrugged. "Anyway, do you wanna get a facial as well?"
"What facial do they have?" Amber asked, frowning at the catalogue. "Mugwort? Clay?"
"Eh, volcanic clay ah?" Shasha snorted when she spotted it on the list. "Is Heihachi getting that?"
Jun couldn't help but chuckle. "Maybe? I was thinking to go for a deep rejuvenation facial. Comes with deep sea mud as well."
"Ooo, nice," Amber smiled. "They also have a steam bath and body scrub in the Retreat package. Comes with a massage too."
"Mmm..." Shasha smiled dreamily. "I want that."
"Me too..." Amber grinned, nodding excitedly.
"I think I'll take that too," Jun chuckled. She turned to Nina. "What about you guys?"
"Sauna," Nina smirked. "And a foot scrub, aromatherapy massage, facials. We all want the Escape package."
Jun nodded. "I'll pay for that."
Nina and gang tried to argue, but didn't make a move to stop her. They were all excited for what they had in store.

Kazuya and Jin wore the most impressive scowls they had as they sat with their feet submerged in a herbal solution before a scrub and massage.
"This is ridiculous," Kazuya kept saying. "Why did you have to ambush us like this?"
"Ambush? Boy, this is a spa retreat!" Heihachi laughed. "We're here to enjoy ourselves, bond as a family, and relax!"
"Tell that to this guy," Lars smirked, pointing a thumb at Lee, who kept his eyes glued to his phone. "He's been texting since we got here."
Heihachi leaned over and snatched his phone, much to Lee's surprise.
"Hey, give that back!" Lee argued, reaching for his phone.
"Not until we're done with this," Heihachi shook his head as he pocketed his phone.
Lee glared at him in disbelief. Kazuya couldn't help but smirk at him. "And you thought I was overreacting when I refused to come." He said. "And this is exactly why I didn't want this."
"Give me my phone back, I might get an important call or text," Lee scowled.
"From whom?" Heihachi asked, smirking.
"My wife?"
"But your wife is hanging out with her sister."
Lee frowned. "What if Alisa texts me? She's watching Tori while we're here."
Lars sighed. "She'll be fine, Alisa is equipped with that kinda thing." He turned to Heihachi. "But still, you should give his phone back."
Heihachi firmly shook his head. "Nope."
"Oh, come on," Lee groaned like a child. "I tried to support you, but it seems like you're not letting me."
Kazuya frowned at Heihachi. "Give him his phone back."
"Why?" Heihachi smirked. "You don't want to hang out with your brother?"
Kazuya and Lee exchanged glances, then frowned as they turned back to Heihachi, then turned back to each other.
"Fine, but only because Kazuya is here," Lee finally said. "And you have to update me if Alisa or Anna messages me. Got that?"
Heihachi shrugged. "Sure."
Jin was also glaring daggers at his grandfather. If looks could kill, Heihachi would've blown up in flames right that moment. Kazuya's fists were clenched too, his gaze nearly boring a hole in Heihachi's face. Lars realised this tension as well and decided to lighten the mood.
"So, when are these masseurs gonna come?" Lars sighed, sounding bored. "Can we at least talk about something fun?"
"Yeah, like our hobbies!" Heihachi added cheerfully. "So, I recently got this really nice pair of getas, the straps are made of kumihimo!"
"And?" Kazuya frowned.
"I should show you pictures," Heihachi took his phone out.
Lee scowled. "So, you're allowed to use your phone but I'm not?"
Heihachi realised that he was right, then placed his phone back into his pocket. "Okay, then."
The masseurs finally arrived and started the exfoliation process. Lars sighed in relief, the tension literally being pulled out of his feet. "Oh my gosh..."
"Amazing, right?" Heihachi sighed as well.
Kazuya turned to Jin and to his surprise, the younger man was fast asleep.
"Yo, Jin is asleep!" Kazuya reached over to Lee as he said. "Look at him."
Lee leaned forward look and chuckled. "Well, well. Fringey must be really tired."
Kazuya sighed. "I don't blame him. This past few days have been a little strange, and a little hard to cope."
"You're saying that, imagine how I felt," Heihachi complained. "Your wife forced me to come here, and then she's scared of what might happen herself."
"I realised," Kazuya frowned. "She told me that it seemed like a good idea at first, but then she was afraid that I might go back to my... old ways."
"Come on, that's not true," Lars piped up. "You're a changed man."
Kazuya shrugged. "I'm not really sure at this point. Even my own wife doubted me."
"I didn't," Lee shook his head. "I was just afraid of how you might feel, but I never thought you'd go back to your old ways."
"Neither did I," Heihachi added, much to Kazuya's dismay. "It was insane that she would think that."
"Don't pretend to be nice, because I know you felt the same as well," Kazuya grimaced. "Else, why did you hide?"
Lars shook his head. "No, Kaz. He actually stood up for you when he realised that's what Oneesan had been afraid of the whole time."
Kazuya looked at Lars in surprise, his mouth forming a straight line, then turned to Heihachi. "You really thought that?" He winced slightly when the masseur pulled at his toe. "Yowch!"
"Sorry, sir," the masseur quickly said.
"No, it actually feels good," Kazuya quickly said before turning back to Heihachi to demand an explanation.
Heihachi shrugged. "The second I saw you with your family, I knew that you weren't the same Kazuya that had a thirst for power. I realised that you had completely changed your ways, you were content with yourself, you needed nothing else."
Kazuya frowned. "Well, you're right. That was supposed to be the best party, these guys really went all out on it."
Lars nodded in agreement. "Yeah, me, Steve, and Jin really put a lot of thought into it."
Heihachi leaned forward to look at the sleeping Jin. "I'm actually happy that he's found his real family after everything he's been through."
"Yeah," Kazuya smiled as he looked at his son. He turned to Lee and Lars. "I'm glad you guys looked after him when I didn't. Thanks."
Lee rolled his eyes. "Come on, Spiky. We're family."
