Nightmares...(NICKLOON TIME BABYYYY)

TYSM FOR READING LAST CHAPTER YALL MEAN ALOT TO ME!!! AND THANKS FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH THE BREAK!!! I know it was kinda short- but I had a lot of comfort and help over the three days :)

Balloon's POV:
I opened my eyes to see...nothing, but darkness around me. It's something straight out of a horror movie I swear, just empty darkness, nothing else but my thoughts and my body. That is until I hear an all too familiar voice calling out to me, two voices actually.....Water balloon, my brother and...mom! "Balloon, baby I'm so sorry for everything! I'm sorry for shouting so much, I just...didn't know how to handle things at the time! And your father...he did that to me...he made me so dreadfully sad and I just didn't know what to do!!!" Mother cried out to me. "Come on...let's go home together...my baby :)" My mother said as she flashed a crooked smile, her voice distorted slowly during her speech. "You really thought you could escape me, huh little loonie boy?" My brother's voice crept up from behind him as his mother disappeared. "MOM PLEASE COME BACK!!! TAKE ME WITH YOU!!! PLEASE I LOVE YOU COME BACK!" I screamed, tears flowing from my eyes. "Balloon!" I heard my mother's voice call out to me. "Balloon please! Wake up!!" My mother cried out, distortion painted in her voice. "DONT WAKE UP! STAY HERE WITH YOUR REGRET, SHAME AND GUILT!" Water balloon snapped. "NO BALLOON LISTEN TO ME!! YOU HAVE TO-" my mother's words were cut off by my eyes snapping open. "Loon are you okay??" I see nickel, awake asking me a question. "U-uh yeah I'm fine! Just...night terrors,I'll be okay!" I replied. "Bullshit! I saw you stirring in your sleep!!" Nickel said, worried looking down at me, shivering. "I- I.....I'm so sorry!" I get out of the bed, pick up my pocket knife, run to the bathroom and locked the door. I soon heard pale footsteps rushing over to the bathroom door knocking, and a shaky voice coming from behind it. "B- BALLOON PLEASE DONT!!! IM BEGGING YOU PLEASE! I DONT WANT TO LOSE YOU JUST AS I GOT YOU BACK! ILL DO ANYTHING JUST PLEASE DONT DO IT!!" Nickel screamed, I'm surprised nobody woke up! They sure are heavy sleepers. "Tell me why I shouldn't? I'm such a fucking waste of oxygen and helium!" I choked on my tears. "Balloon...whatever it was that happened in that dream...we can get through it together!" Nickel reassured me. I...what's this feeling? This....warmth, it makes me want to live, live for everyone I care about...nickel, who are you? There's not a hint of sarcasm, just pure tenderness and care....this is surreal. "Okay, I'll come out.." I say, lowering my pocket knife and unlocking the bathroom door. As soon as I did that, I saw nickel with tears in his eyes, ones of sadness, quickly turned to joy in an instant. "I'm so glad you made the right choice...I promise I will make you happy, loon" Nickel says while pulling me into a warm embrace. "Oh nickel...you already have :)" I say smiling weakly. "Now, let's get back to those blankets! I'm a little chilly!" Nickel says going back to bed and wrapping himself in the blankets, he looked so adorable- huh? Why did I think that. "Haha come here! The bed is nice and cozy!" He said snuggling up a little bit into the pillows, he looked so....aahhhhh stop it balloon! "I'm coming don't worry!" I dive into the bed and wrapped my arms around nickel's body. "Night again loon" he says drifting off to sleep. "Night nick..." I mumbled. (Kiss him!) 'creator!! Why are you so late??' (Didn't wanna ruin the moment! Now kiss him on the lips! I see ur thoughts and I know u think he's cute!!!) 'doesn't this have consequences?' (NUH uh!) 'okay, screw it!' I kiss nickel on the lips softly before drifting back to sleep peacefully.
