A little while later they were all on a mission where they had to save some hostages it would have been completed much quicker if Rumlow didn't complain about Yelena and JJ talking to each other the whole time it actually got to the point where JJ Changed into Venom picked him up and threw him to the side like a ragdoll.

So he had to pick out a new suit instead so he decided on a black and Red suit with a all black helmet that Covered his face.
