...what the heck is a scribble?

Alright so, I wanted to write a little one-shot just for fun, no one requested it or anything so if that happens (which is probably will quite a bit) I'm gonna call it Scribble!! And they will have their own personal title and you have to come in to know what ship it is.

HA- now you have to read my own original work (not actually you can click off if you don't like OC stuff-). Anyways- enjoy!

Noah's Perspective-

Noah sighed as he laid on his bed, completely exhausted after his hockey practice.

"Wanna order a pizza?" Etho asked, walking out of the bathroom wearing a change of clothes he brought over.

They always hung out after practice on Fridays to have a sleepover.

"Sure, give me a sec." Noah said, on his phone.

"What're you looking at?" Etho asked, peeking over his friend's shoulder.

"Just messaging James, he should be done with school by now." Noah said, opening Tumblr.

"Oooo~" Etho smirked and Noah shot him a glare.

Noah logged in and his eyes widened as he saw the stream of messages from James.

At first they were him laughing about how school was cancelled but then him saying that apparently there was a landslide and it took out the power lines.

"What?!" Noah shot up, shocked and worried.

Etho looked up, confused. He then shrugged.

"Okay, fine no pineapple pizza." Etho muttered, editing the toppings on the pizzeria's website.

"There was a landslide in California?!" Noah asked hurriedly.

"Oh yeah I heard about that. My uncle lives there, he told me that the neighborhood was getting crushed." Etho said, "He's alright though."

Noah looked shocked and Etho raised an eyebrow.

"What? Why are you looking at me like- ohhh your friend lives there right?"

Noah nods and Etho pats his head.

"Dude, chill. He'll be alright."

"But- but- "

"I'm sure he's fine. He's got his family."

Noah sighs and lays his head down on his pillow.

Etho smiles.

He had never had a long distance relationship so he can only imagine how painful it can be for Noah.

"Come on," Etho rubbed Noah's back, "What do you want on our pizza?"

-

Noah and Etho were watching The Incredibles when Noah's phone lit up with a Tumblr notification.

He jumped and immediately opened it, seeing a picture from James. He was holding a thumbs up and wore a kind smile.

Noah sighed in relief and Etho chuckled.

"You really care about him, huh?"

"Yeah." Noah smiled, blushing a bit, "I can't wait until I can finally meet him."

"How's that gonna play out?" Etho asked.

"I'm not sure." Noah sighed, "His parents don't know about us and I'm kinda scared we're gonna drift apart like I have with so many of my other online friends."

"I thought you two were actually dating though."

"Yeah but...I don't know, it's complicated. And it's so hard being so far from him.."

Etho puts his hand on his shoulder and Noah smiles.

"Well at least he's okay."

Noah nods, "I think I would've flown all the way to California just to check up on him."

Etho chuckles.

"I don't really get love, but if he makes you happy and he's got a good heart then I'm okay with him."

Noah smiles, "You'll find someone eventually."

"Eh, maybe." Etho shrugs.

"You know, they always say that love comes when you least expect it."

Monday-

Noah walked into the rink and tied on his skate. He opened the door and felt the cool breeze surround him.

He took a deep breath and smiled, his ears perking up as he heard someone already skating on the ice.

He slid on and smiled as he saw Etho.

"You're here early."

Yes I did unnecessarily connect this one-shot with two other ones but...whatever.
