While I was running
An overwhelming sense of dread clawed at my back
As if something dark and relentless was pursuing me.
I didn't know why I was fleeing or what was haunting me, but fear collided tightly in my chest squeezing harder with each frantic step.
Why now? Why here?
Right at this second...
What was I running from?
The shadows lurks me
They were taunting me and a chilling whisper echoed in my mind,
Urging me to run faster.
"Please... stop! Get away from me!" Yuza
I gasped, heart pounding in my ears.
I sprinted, adrenaline surging through my veins, but then it happened.
My foot caught on something unseen and I stumbled onto something crashing to the ground.
"Ah... no.. no.. please, no!" Yuza
I pressed my hand to my chest
Tears spilling over as despair threatened to consume me.
"No... this has to be a dream... it can't be real... no.. please..." Yuza
I whimpered,
Instinctively covering my head
Seeking refuge from the encroaching darkness.
"Make it stop..." Yuza
I pleaded, voice trembling.
Then, a commanding voice sliced through the chaos.
"BLUE EYES WHITE DRAGON! ATTACK!"
I turned
I was bewildered.
It was a blue eyes white dragon and it's a dragon that belongs to Kaiba.
But... why is it here..
Was this the creature who I've been running away from..
"Kaiba? What are you doing here? You'll—" Yuza
"I'll protect you Yuza" Seto Kaiba
He declared fiercely
Stepping forward with unwavering confidence.
"I'll shield you from this relentless monster.
I won't let it take you away." Seto Kaiba
"Please.. don't risk yourself!" Yuza
I cried, desperation lacing my voice.
He met my gaze, his eyes fierce and unyielding.
"I will do whatever it takes to keep you safe." Seto Kaiba
His voice was firm
Almost daring the evil to challenge him.
"But... you'll destroy yourself" Yuza
My voice broke as my tears falling freely,
My body trembling as anxiety clawed me.
I tried to rise, but my ankle gave out beneath me,
Sending fresh waves of pain shooting through my leg
"My leg.. I can't get up.." Yuza
Kaiba's eyes softened for just a moment, but his resolve never wavered.
"Yuza, I swear on everything I am...
I will protect you. No matter the cost." Seto Kaiba
"Kaiba..." Yuza
My voice was barely a whisper.
"Don't do it. You'll get hurt.." Yuza
Without a word, he walks over
He closed the distance between us
Pressing his lips on mine that was tender yet intense
We pulled away
As though it carried all the words he couldn't say.
His touch was fleeting, but it lingered—burning into my soul before he pulled away.
"You'll be ok.. I will protect you" Seto Kaiba
"No... don't go... NO! KAIBA!" Yuza
