this morning i was so nervous to weigh myself... i was hoping i didnt go above 136lbs due to all the chocolate i ate yesterday...
BUT GUESS WHAT??
I WAS ACTUALLY... 134.8lbs! meaning i've officially reached my FIRST GW!! omg im so happy and that was so unexpected considering yesterday... but that just goes to show that moderation is key and one bad meal doesn't define your weight loss journey <33
soo yeah bc i reached my 1st gw sm sooner than i had hoped for, im going to aim for my 2nd gw (130lbs) by the award ceremony! (which is october 22nd, aka in 3 weeks time) i think this is going to be a lot more challenging because although ive hovered around 135 ish lbs for a long time, its been 9 months since ive gotten to 130lbs!! but i know i can do it if i stay consistent and keep pushing 💪
breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1 cup of milk, 1 pork bun, 1/2 an avocado
i think i will reward myself with a little something for reaching my 1st gw (idk what yet), hopefully not food-related lol. and then ill also set a reward for once i reach 130lbs as that is going to be more challenging!
lunch: sticky rice cake + cabbage + chicken (its SOO good omg you have to try it)
dinner: i forgot but it was quite a lot ;-;
okay so the whole day i was feeling pretty sick and my head was hurting... idk how that translates to eating SOO MUCH food and snacks but yeah... that's what happened idek how much or what i ate but yeah ;-;
