sooo school's getting so so much busier and everything but i'm trying to still keep my promise to myself of logging something everyday <33
today in the morning i was too scared to weigh myself so ill do it tmr morning or maybe at the end of the week.
i managed to skip lunch todayy and i was super proud but i ate an apple, banana, and orange with peanut butter on the side when i came home :// plus some seaweed stuff
so i really just got to
1. control my hunger till dinner (this is easier if i don't get home until around 6:00, on a normal day i will get home at 4:45 so i will stay at school/near the school for a bit longer doing hw.)
2. slowly start eating fruits (which are good and healthy!!) WITHOUT so much peanut butter like SEROIuSLy i am addicted 😫
so yeah thats the update schools honestly been SO stressful and busy lately even though it's the beginning of octoberrr i feel like it should be march already ;-; so hopefully the increased stress doesn't lead to more binge eating like it typically does with me :// ok i yapped too much bybeyeee
