QUICK AUTHOR'S NOTE: Just for this story, I'll be changing the ages of Louis' siblings and adding one more; Y/n.
(Louis 22), (Y/n 19), (Charlotte/Lottie 11), (Felicite/Fizzy 10), (Daisy & Phoebe 7), (Doris & Ernest 4). Hope that isn't confusing :)

"Lottie, could you help Ernie tie his shoes, please? Daisy, don't throw those cups at your sister! Girls, I need someone to go find Doris, please!" Y/n was dishing out instructions left and right, trying to get her six younger siblings ready for a trip to the park. She'd been left to care for them all while their mum was at work, which would be for a long time since Johannah was doing a ten-hour shift at the hospital.
"Y/n, Daisy spilt water on the floor!" Felicite whined, running up to Y/n, followed by Ernest.
"I'm hungry," Ernest informed Y/n, earning a sigh.
"Alright, I'll get you something to eat, Ernie, just give me a second," Y/n turned to Felicite. "Could you help Daisy wipe up the water mess? Show her the trick I taught you, with the paper towel, remember?" Y/n went to the kitchen pantry and got him out a snack bar, sending him off to find a hat to wear. Felicite huffed before returning to the kitchen and pulling out some paper towel, enlisting Daisy's help to mop up the small puddle.
Charlotte suddenly squealed loudly, and when Y/n looked over at her to see what was wrong, she saw something that made her eyes go wide.
"Charlotte!" Y/n gasped, running over to her sister. Charlotte had somehow managed to fall off of the edge of the couch and banged her knee on the coffee table, and was now crying and clutching her scraped and bleeding leg. "Don't worry, hun. It's just a little bump, yeah?" Y/n attempted to console the poor girl, but it didn't help much, as she was still wailing in pain. Felicite, Phoebe, Daisy, Ernest and Doris joined their older sisters in the lounge room, confused by the sudden tears.
"It's alright, little bugs, Lottie's just bumped her knee. She'll be okay," Y/n assured the group of children, lifting Charlotte onto her hip easily and taking her to the kitchen. She sat her on the bench and dug through a cupboard in search of something for her sister's injury. "Aha! Got 'em," she exclaimed once she finally found a bandaid. She turned to Charlotte and wiped the blood from her knee before placing the bandaid over the small cut.
"Thank you, Y/n," Charlotte whimpered, smearing away her tears with her jumper sleeve.
"No worries, darling. You're pretty tough, alright?" Y/n gave Charlotte a tight cuddle before letting her down onto the floor. She then began to clear the countertop that was full of dishes. She stacked them all into the dishwasher and set if off to clean, washed the bench, and went back to find her siblings. Uh oh... Ernest had gotten crumbs all over the couch, Phoebe and Doris were sitting on the carpet and painting their nails, and Daisy was blowing bubbles in the hall for a reason unbeknown to anyone else.
"What is going on here?! I left you all for one minute!" Y/n scolded, marching over to the room full of kids. She took the bubbles from Daisy's hands.
"Hey! I wanna blow bubbles!" Daisy complained, reaching for the tube of soapy mixture. Y/n took her hand and led her to the backyard door.
"You can blow bubbles outside, okay? Not inside; you'll make everything sticky," Y/n left Daisy in the backyard with the bubbles and went back to the lounge room. She picked up Doris and Felicite at the same time, one girl under each arm, and took them to the dining table. "Nails need to be painted at the table, girls. The polish will stain the carpet." She retrieved the nail polish and let them continue their art. Now for the mess of crumbs...
"Y/n? When can we go to the park?" Ernest asked his biggest sister, and Y/n ruffled his hair.
"We'll go in a few minutes, alright? I just have to clean this mess first."
"But how about we go now?" The little boy countered.
"How about you listen to me, and we'll go when everybody's ready?" Y/n gave him a pointed look, and he groaned and walked away with a football in his small hands.
Y/n cleaned the mess of crumbs, got all the kids' ready for the park, and even had a few snacks packed because she knew they'd get hungry. Just as she was about to get them all out the door, he rohone rang. It was their older brother calling.
"Louis! Hi!" Y/n gasped into the phone, very surprised. "You're usually busy around this time... what are you doing?"
"Well, I missed all my little rascals, and you of course, and I wanted to come see you. Are you free?" Louis asked, and Y/n was speechless.
"I- we... " Y/n couldn't help but stutter over her words, she was so gobsmacked that Louis was coming to visit. Louis just laughed and waited for her to be able to form a sentence. "Oh my- yes! Yes, we're free. Are you coming right now?" Y/n and her younge railings hadn't seen their brother in the flesh for six whole months, and it had felt like an eternity.
"Yes, love. I'm in the car this very second."
"In the car? You mean you've already flown? How far are you-" Y/n was cut off by the front door of the house being opened, and a rather familiar face peeking around the corner.
"Louis!" Y/n squealed with delight, and Charlotte, Felicite, Daisy, Phoebe, Doris and Ernest all ran into the kitchen to see their big brother wrapping his sister in a tight hug, kissing her head repeatedly and grinning when he noticed all the smaller people in the doorway.
"Hello, munchkins!" He called, and six pairs of little feet ran their fastest to greet their big brother, tackling him with a hug so hard he fell over. Louis lay on the ground, covered in his six little munchkins. "I missed you guys! Give me a cuddle!"
The rest of the day was spent watching movies and playing games in the living area, with Louis drowning in bodies all trying to hug him for as long as they could. He didn't mind one bit; he stayed on the couch and always had at least three kids piled on him for snuggles.
