GARNET: Red Broken Diamond?

R.D.: If my memories are correct, Pearly would refer to Dark Red as Broken Diamond, so, if now I am both Red Diamond and Broken Diamond, nothing more appropriate than joining the names — she explained. — I thought it was better than Dark Red Diamond or Red Dark Diamond — she added, shrugging.

STEVEN: So... Do you remember everything from before?

R.D.: I do, but it's weird... It seems like I have the same memory twice, but each is from a different point of view, which is interesting and disturbing at the same time.

PERIDOT: To me you are still as much of a clod now as you were before — she commented to herself, but loudly, making everybody hear her and attracting the diamond's attention, which for a moment made her worry, as she remembered Yellow Diamond's reaction.

R.D.: I will take that as a compliment — she said in a cheery tone, surprising Peridot.

AMETHYST: You know it was an insult, right? — She asked as she left the pool.

R.D.: It depends. If before I was, as Peridot said, a clod and now I still am, to me it states that I didn't change and that was worrying me a lot before... [pause] At least it's what I remember — she explained, shrugging again.

STEVEN: You were really worried about that — he confirmed and Red Diamond was relieved for being able to understand a little of the turmoil her memories were in.

GARNET: What do you intend to do now?

R.D.: First, I want to thank you all for what you did for me. I hope I can return the favor one day.

GARNET: You could join us.

R.D.: I don't discard the possibility, but being a diamond makes everything more complicated — she said as she left the pool, getting rid of all the water from her body. — Pearl, are you angry with me because of the thing with the water? — She asked, suddenly facing the other. — Or are you still worried?

PEARL: Why are you asking me that?

R.D.: Hum, how can I say it... I know there's something bothering you just from looking at you — she said awkwardly, looking away from the smaller gem. — Not because you're a pearl! — She added quickly. — It's just that your eyes are very expressive.

Pearl was definitely not waiting for that and, as the diamond pointed before, it was clear in her eyes for everyone to see. The white gem sighed deeply with her eyes closed, framing the side of her face with a hand while the arm was supported by the other in one of her well known poses. She opened her eyes, looking at the pool they built.

PEARL: I'm not angry at you for throwing water on me... — she said, looking back to the diamond. — Of course, it upset me slightly, but the feeling is already gone. [pause] The point is that now you seem to be with such peace, I don't know how to put it... And the way you acted with Peridot, it reminded me of Rose.

R.D.: I understand. [pause] It happens with me sometimes when you do or say certain things — she admitted in a melancholic tone compared to the cheery one she had moments prior. — But, we're fine, right? I mean, you put me in the water...

PEARL: Even so, we still don't know who you truly are and of course that worries me.

R.D.: You are not the only one worried here, you can be sure of that — Pearl smiled slightly upon hearing that, apparently Red Diamond was being more tolerant of the other's almost paranoid concern, even sharing the same feeling more openly and sincerely than before. — Hey, Amethyst, — she called suddenly as if remembering something. — The invitation to see your... 'junk'... is still up?
